great when it works

Have gone threw 3 in the past 8 months. A+ to there customer service. after calling giving the serial number and running threw a few checks they shipped me out a new one. 1st time it would simply shut down after adding water, second one every cup tasted like plastic. hope this one lasts. But when it dose work it is a great cup of coffee. Im the only one in my house who drinks coffee. use to grind my own beans and have had many different brewers, this has been a great machine as long as it works
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Fragile

Very bad

I used this brewer everyday. I enjoyed it.I like the way I can make my cold ice tea. But my brewer was perfect for 4 months after that Bye-Bye... I tried everything I went online to watch the video etc.. I called the customer service but the person who answer wasn't happy to work and try to help me. So I decided to forget Keurig.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: After 4months Dead, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Customer Service

We loved our special edition brewer until it started acting up (not brewing full cups, water returning to the reservoir) so I called Keurig customer service and they completely resolved my issue. They were so helpful and we're back to loving our Keurig again!
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Multiple Settings

BUMMER!! Only 3 Weeks old!

I had been wanting to purchase a Keurig for quite a few years now. I finally did 3 weeks ago. Today it made a few cups normally and then it just wouldn't. Dribbled some here and there but was obvious that the thing died on us. After 3 weeks!! REALLY??? Disappointment to say the least. I really love the convenience and how fun and quick it is making my morning cup. I took it back to the store I purchased from and upgraded to the Platinum. I don't have very high hopes of this one lasting very long and I no longer have trust in this company brand. I will be looking for another K-cup brand coffee maker in the future. One with more reliability for the price.

Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy

I set my Keurig to turn on every morning just before I get up so it will be ready when I am. And I set it to turn off just before bedtime, so I won't forget it. I love my Keurig and all the flavored coffee's that I can buy. I don't know which is my favorite as yet, because I love them all. Also the teas are great, too. So happy that I bought it!

Home coffee Lovers Dream

I was not planning on purchasing a Keurig. I love my coffee but how good could it be? My son and daughter-in-law purchased one and raved about it. I went to jersey for a special occasion and everywhere I went visiting people handing me coffee from a Keurig--great cup of coffee---anyway when I got home after a long day of traveling and a couple hours sleep, I woke up wanting my first yummy cup of coffee from my old coffee maker.........Took my first sip expecting that 'awe' feeling, when what I got was 'YUCK!!!'. I got quickly spoiled by the lovely coffee made from the Keurig. Went right out and bought one---Yummy coffee!!!!
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Disappointed

This is my second Keurig. I really like the convenience of it but my first one last a little less than a year and Keurig replaced the machine, which I thought was awesome customer service. My warranty expired in July 2012 and my machine just died. No power, water leaking all over the place. If the machine is only going to last a year or so, it's pricey. I won't go out and purchase another one right now. I'm disappointed.
