Great coffee maker - we've had ours for > 2 years now and have not had one single problem. Highly recommend.

This is a terrific coffee maker. I don't go to [...] and get frappucinos. I like black coffee (sometimes with sweetener if I'm feeling saucy). The Keurig makes very decent coffee quickly, cleanly and in perfect amounts.Recently, though, my Keurig special edition would not power up. [...]

You can't beat a Keurig Brewer

I make myself a cup in the morning before I shower, then make another for my travel mug to the office, then another at dinner, and maybe 1 or 2 before bed. This is fast, easy and great tasting. I've had many coffee makers during my life, but this is by far the best, and great tasting cup after cup after cup...

Love drinking the coffee---but

I received my Keurig Special Edition as a gift in late April, and then started having issues with it not brewing a full cup in early September. I always used filtered water, and I de-scaled, cleaned needles, all to no avail. Lots of water coming out vent that should have been going into my cup. I must say that the customer service was excellent, and they are shipping me a new Keurig with no problems. But I am disappointed that the original machine was not more durable, and only lasted about five months. This points to poor design or low-quality manufacture. So I recommend for delicious brewed coffee and teas, but BE SURE TO REGISTER PRODUCT!

Leaking Brewer

I love my coffee brewer but I bought it only six months ago and two weeks ago it started leaking from underneath the machine, my mom is on her second machine sometime it doesn't brew enough or overflows, my sister is having trouble with her machine also the same as my moms. I love the machine and coffee but not worth replacing every six mths. what do we do?

Not the most reliable

This is a great machine, if it consistently worked. The first machine I bought lasted about a year and then died for unknown reasons. When I contacted the company I was basically told too bad you'll have to buy another one. Thinking that it was a model issues I upgraded to the special edition and a year and a half later I'm back in the same position. Despite descaling regularly and not having any water issues my Keurig died again. It stopped sucking water from the resevoir for some reason. Their 'technician' told me to dig out the needles with a tooth pick, brew and rebrew and still nothing! Now I am stuck with having to shell out MORE money on a new brewer. But I guess I should be lucky that I got it at a reduced rate right??!!! NO! There are obvious flaws in this machine that nobody seems to be trying to correct and to constantly have to shell out more money when it goes on the fritz is crazy. If I wasnt so coffee deprived I would have said forget it! When this one dies, which it inevitably will, I will not purchase another one.

Cons: Unreliable

Great tasting coffee when it works. First unit would not give a full cup, more water is recycled out the vent then in the cup. Just received the second unit a week ago and it worked about 3 times and now it's doing the same thing.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Fragile

Love it, but hate it

I use this product everyday and I love it, when it works. I have had two of these so far that have had the same problem. After using the brewer for a while I clean the resovior the brewer won't pull water in to make a cup of coffee.
Pros: Size
Cons: Not Reliable
