Wouldn't trade it for anything else

I own two of the Elite systems. I have one at home and one at work. I absolutely love the ease of use and the cleanliness of the system. I have owned both systems for over a year and the only issues that I have had with it is the noise when the water is being drawn from the holding tank. I did have to look up how to descale the brewer once the light came on, but it was a simple process of running vinegar through the brewer. I bought the system while I was deployed and prior to the newer models coming out with more options and am currently looking into buying the Vue.
Pros: Fast, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy, Limited Cup Sizes

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Perfect everytime

I like strong coffee. Mom likes less coffee. We each make our own and everyone is pleased with a perfect cup each time. Ours is always hot and the choice of sizes just right.
Pros: Easy, Multiple Settings, Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Convenient, Quick

Convience is key!

I used to have to get up on weekends and drive to the coffee store so I could have fresh coffee. now I just make a cup at home and its good and tasty.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Fast, Durable, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Expensive Refills

Dead in 14 months

Have had this maker about 14 months and it is dead. I paid lots of money for this and have taken care of it. a Good product would last longer than 14 months. Will probably go back to my original coffee maker if Kuerig does not stand behind their products.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile, Complicated, HARD TO CLEAN

Doesn't last, on second one

For the most part I did like this product when it worked and didn't require me to dump the cup of coffee and start over because of grounds in cup. Most annoying thing is it completely dies in 18 months and left me with a bunch of product that won't work in new models. So I had to decide to buy a known bad product to save my K-cups from the garbage...

Cons: Grounds Get In Cup, Pricey / Poor Value

Love it, love it, LOVE IT!!!

My husband is a long-haul truck driver and bought our first one to take with him. We tried it at home first and fell in love with it so much that went out and bought another one for home. It's so convenient. I love flavoured coffee and before I couldn't brew it in our home regular coffee maker because the flavour still "lingers". Now we both can have our favourites and enjoy. Best investment ever!!!

Have had 2, neither has lasted a year

My second brewer just died. It gets daily use, 1-2 cups(I am the only coffee drinker in the house) . Love the idea, very disappointed in the reality.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value

Love it when it works

My first unit only lasted 3 months,it stopped purging the cup at the end of the brew cycle.I was surprised when they sent me another. The new one is starting to act up after 9 months of use, but with a different issue. Now it has inconsistent cup sizes, but still works ok.
Pros: Great coffee, Wide Variety, Fast, Easy to use
