Honestly, I have read the reviews with all sorts of problems mentioned. I have used my brewer almost every day since I got it without issue. I am exclusively a tea drinker and offer coffee to guests. I am completely satisfied with the tea and guests are always complimentary on the coffee. I have never been more excited about an appliance. I have an will continue to recommend Keurig brewers.

I am surprised at some of the reviews for the Keurig brewers. I first bought the Elite, then the Special Edition. Both work great. Both are quiet. (I do know about the noise however... My in-laws have an Elite brewer purchased about a year ago and it is quite noisy.) I use the brewers everyday, sometimes several times a day, and I have never had a problem. I love that you can brew a different type of coffee each time and the size options are great for me.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish

Bought our machine 3 months ago.We love it. I don't think we ever had a full cup of coffee but is is always delish. It has started to stall and stop brewing altogether and tells us that is is brewing.Customer Service is replacing our machine. As long as Keruig is willing to replace the machine (the customer service was amazing)I will continue to use the Keruig.

I love, love, love my Keurig [...] and they back their product 100% The first time I saw a keurig was at my husbands place of employment and thought it was the coolest thing ever so every time I go to his work I would make myself coffee :-) And then my husband purchased me one for Christmas and I LOVE IT!!! Coffee couldn't get any better... So simple and easy to use and everyone can have what they like to drink with no hassel or clean up Amazing!!

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

What a great way to start the day, My Wife doesn't like coffee as well as I so this is perfect for me and she likes the Green Tea's

Finally. a Hot Cuppa Coffee

This is easy-to-use; quieter than my other machine; the coffee, tea, and hot chocolate taste great, and the coffee comes out hot...love it! My concern: I had another other machine less than 2 months before it broke so I'm on my second one. My friend went through the same thing. It simply stopped working. Hope that this machine keeps going for years to come because I really love this system. I'm working on perfecting my own brews though, for it to be a little more cost-effective, but I really love the many choices available.

Cons: Fragile

we have updated machines, this is the best of the three. From the reviews of the two most expensive models, this one appears to be the best.

5 years, an overseas move/still kickin

I don't understand all the people with Keurig issues. I have had this Keurig for 5+ years now and took it to Japan for 3 years. Only issue I ever had with it was likely due to trying to use a machine that requires a lot of current to heat water, on a different electrical current than the US. Figured I killed the machine but when I brought it back to the US and plugged it in, it picked right back up. Been brewing again for the past year. I am upgrading my system but this Keurig is staying with me.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Durable
