Great coffee maker

My husband and I got an amazing deal on this and became coffee drinkers because of it. We love the temperature control, I like my coffee HOT, he likes his warm. I prefer flavor coffee, he prefers plain coffee. It's a perfect appliance for us!
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Variety Coffee Is Fun, Multiple Settings, Fast, Easy to use, Durable
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Limited Cup Sizes, Not Easy To Entertain

Maintenance Disaster

I was very dissappointed with my Keurig. I have to consistantly un-plugged to reboot as it gets confused on the cup size selection. It is forever getting clogged so once a week have to clean needle hole with paper clip or de-scale. I drink one cup of coffee a day, I should not have to maintain this pot that often. In addition, it's not even a year old!!!
Pros: Stylish
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile

Not Happy At All

This machine is noisy and apparently not that well made. Vibration at the pump has caused fatigue failure at the pump discharge fitting and leaked water over my counter. Keurig initially stated that would send a replacement part and now they say it is not available(discontinued)and are offering a discount on a new machine. The machine I have is expensive and I would not spend another dime on this company until they find a solution to my initial problem.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy, Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Programmable???

I purchased this one to replace the B40 model I had because I thought you could "program" it to brew the coffee at a specific time of day (morning). Well, it only programs the time (clock) and an automatic turn on and off time. Basically, I will return it because this was not what I thought "programmable" meant.

Cons: Does Not Auto Brew

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

I Would Buy This Product Again and Again

We use our Secial Edition Brewer every day, for both coffee and hot tea, we appreciate the many selections that are offered for our brewing system.

Not very good

Just not worth the money. After a year it starts to fail. One year warranty is worthless. Look elsewhere for your coffee maker. I am done with it after buying two that failed the same way.
