Design flaw

I've had the K75 for about 4 years however I really only needed 3 cup sizes. This was recommended by the sales staff so I ordered it. I was excited to try it! When I placed it on the countertop under the upper cabinet (where I always kept my K75), it wouldn't open fully to insert the K cup. I therefore had to pull this 10 inches away from the wall to place the K cup into it. I have 17 inches of clearance between my countertop and upper cabinet. This requires 18 inches of clearance. There is no place in my kitchen where this will work as I have upper cabinets everywhere. Since this measures 13 inches in height as the K75 did, I never would have expected the overall open profile to be taller. Keurig should add the specs regarding the fully open height to their description to help the staff and customers. Frustrated!

I love everything about this machine, it's great. I have tried a lot of favors/kinds along with the iced versions, most have been awesome.
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use

bought one of these for the wife 2 years ago and it's still going strong; bought the K65 recently at Sam's for myself since I work in the oil fields of North Dakota. Only complaint is that I like ONE real strong (European style) cup of coffee in the morning and all of the Kcups are too weak unless you use the lowest cup size which is only about 4 oz so to get a decent size cup of coffee in the morning is very expensive
Pros: Makes Hot Coffee, Easy to use
Cons: Coffee Too Weak For Me

Love It. For myself and Gifts Too

I got my first one for an anniversary present several years ago. Still got it, but I added one for the office, and have given 8 away as gifts. Best thing on the market. I have given as gifts some of the other kinds of k-cup brewers. DO NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE! They do not offer anything near what the Keurig offer. My only complaint is that I wish it made a 12 or even 16 oz cup.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Portable, Fast, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

I have a cup of coffee at lest once every morning to start the day out.It makes the best coffee in the world next to [S*******s] i'm sorry I just can't get any better than them.Laying all aside ask for any machine better tha this one for the money I spent so thanks

Great customer service

We use our Keurig everyday. One day it just stopped. No power, nothing. We use filtered water from the refrigerator and have never descaled it...not even sure how to do that. I called customer service, answered a few questions and they immediately emailed me a FedEx shipping label and asked me to box up my broken Keurig as best I could and ship it to them. Sure, no problem. A few days later (like 4 days) we received a brand new Keurig (Saturday FedEx delivery even) and boy are we happy customers! Thanks for an easy resolution Keurig!

Beware, not a good long term product.

Overall, I'm very disappointed with this unit. I have had mine for about three years now. I've lovingly cleaned it, used only purified water, descaled it on a regular basis and used only Keurig brand cups... only to find out one morning it won't turn on. No power, no light, nothing. I plug it in to a few different outlets to see if that's the problem. Nope. First, I email Keurig customer service, which on the website assures me I will be emailed back in 48 hours. I waited a week and no return email. Just a bunch of ads for Keurig in my email. Finally, I call customer service, speak to a rep who after taking down all my information but my social security number, informs me it's because I probably used unapproved descaling solution. What? So she offers to sell me another for $97. Does that make any sense to anyone else? The water quality affecting an electrical system? No! That's ridiculous. It's clearly a manufacturer defect, where something electrical has been fried. I refused to buy another machine only for me to have to buy another one 3 years from now? No way. I'll stick with my Bunn machine, which I have had for more years than the Keurig, and works perfectly. The keurig was nice to brew one cup at a time. But if it's going to break for NO REASON!! every 3 years, no way. You've lost a customer, Keurig.
