Wish we would have bought this ages ago!

We were wasting a lot of coffee trying to accomodate our varying work schedules. Now, we can make it just when we need it. No more stale, cold, or microwaved coffee! We bought the optional "my K-Cup" accessory to save money by using our own coffee instead of buying the pods.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish

Has to be a design defect

It is amazing to see the number of reviews indicating the same shut-off and half cup brew problems this product is having and yet it still is on the market. We're done. 2 machines later and waiving the white flag and going back to coffee makers. Someone should call Cunsomer Reports or the Consumber Protection Board. This product should not be on the market any longer.
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If only it didn't break

It operated well for six months, then started giving us trouble. Customer service couldn't have been better. After trying some quick fixes, the machine was replaced and upgraded without any drama. Thank you Keurig.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

Best Brewer Yet

I upgraded to this model after our first basic model stopped working. Love the new brewer. Do not use it with the water filter and cartridges that are sold separately. Using the filter blocks the blue light from indicating water level and may cause problems with the brewer. We use water filtered with a Brita pitcher and the coffee tastes great. This brewer is much quieter than the first brewer we owned.
Pros: Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish

I used an office Keurig system leased through a coffee service and never had a problem, enjoyed the system and the service. I received the SPECIAL EDITION system as a gift, it worked beautifully for maybe 12 weeks, then began making weak, one quarter, to one half cups of coffee on each cycle. Keurig representatives told me this fairly new product failed because the type of water I was using (filtered) results in the need for frequent descaling, even before the unit detects the need and displays the instruction to, "Descale." I guess I should've predicted this. If you buy this model, be prepared and prescient. Not worth the hassle, not worth the cost, a KNOWN FAULTY PRODUCT per this very website (read the reviews!) Keurig: you should recall this product, reassess it, and redesign it. I used to recommend these makers, and now I warn against them.

Cons: UNATTRACTIVE, Fragile, KNOWN TO MALFUNCTION

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Perfect for College!

I love to brew a nice hot cup of regular coffee in just a few seconds to keep me going all night to study for my college tests. It is really great to have a coffee maker in my dorm. The great thing about my Keurig is that it makes NO mess, it is quick and easy, and I only have to add water after 5 or 6 uses.

Great Purchase

Just brought home our B60 today. Everyone in family likes a different blend of coffee (decaf, 1/2 caff, regular). This will make it so much easier for us to all have what we like and no waste. Very simple to use, and the coffee brews so quickly. Easy to pop out the used K-cup and put in another. It would be nice if we could get 12 ounces for larger mugs/travel mugs, but that's a minor detail. Very pleased and delighted with the large selection of K-cups available.
