Stopped working/No Power

Recieved my Keurig for Christmas last year, last week it just stopped working, no power to it, I called Keurig and they are sending me a new on, I use it every day and miss it! I Love this coffee maker, didn't realize how much until I didn't have it anymore, can't wait to get the new one. They are very nice to deal with and you just need to make sure you register your Keurig when you get it.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Noisy, HARD TO CLEAN

Overall - Great Product

This is a great product overall. I have used it every morning for my coffee fix for a year and a half now. The overall quality of the product seems to be high. Maintenance has not been necessary. The programable auto on/off feature is useful as well. My only complaint comes to the quality of coffee that this product produces. The strength is inconsistent and most of the time, weaker than desired. I prefer very strong coffee which may make my opinion bias but I must say this seems to be a dominant issue. I have found that by using a strong K-Cup such as Starbuck's Pike Place helps with this. By "inconsistent" I am referring to the weakness of the coffee. There are times when it is weaker than others. I have also had problems with the temperature of the coffee not being very warm at times, but this is a rare occasion. Overall, this is a great product, however; there is undoubtably room for improvement.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Convenient
Cons: Inconsistant, Weak coffee

Excellent brewer!

For anyone who is picky about coffee, this is the brewer to get. Anyone who complains about this being noisy must have reviewed the product before Keurig changed to the quiet brew technology. To get a fresh, hot cup of coffee in less that a minute is outstanding. The strength of the coffee is not reflective of the brewer, but rather the choice of coffee. For those who complain about the coffee being too strong or too weak, pick a different coffee to satisfy your taste! I like the way I can set this brewer to come on about the time I wake up and turn off in the evening so it's always ready for when I want a cup, but does not waste energy during the nighttime hours. I've had the Keurig for years and it's the best brewer around. Believe me, I've tried quite a few.
Pros: Fast, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: A Bit Pricey Per Cup

I bought it one month ago and find it very efficient, make a very good coffee. I bought the K cup filter too, so I can enjoy my favorite coffee too. I'm very impressed by this product.

I'm usually one that drinks a of coffee everday, sometimes 2. Before I would brew a pot and just reheat it for the next couple days, eww I know. My wife bought me a keurig and I have to say we all use it everday. I brew my cup of coffee, the kids hot chocolate or tea, the wife makes her some sweet tea, its been great! I've had it for about 3 weeks, can't think of anything I don't like about it. Such a great quick versatile device!

Broke a year after purchase

The machine broke a year after I bought it. For the price, I thought it would last longer. Its been very frustrating having an unreliable machine for an office that depends on its coffee! It is difficult to clean and impossible to trouble shoot. Not happy with the purchase.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.
