Never had a problem!

I've owned this coffeemaker for over a year and used it every weekday morning before heading to work. It is incredibly easy to use and I have never had any issues with the brewing quality or functionality of it! The only con I can come up with is that when I was moving to a new home and packed up the coffeemaker in its box, it leaked water everywhere. I could have sworn I followed the directions of purging all of the water from the system, yet it leaked probably 6 ounces of water in our moving truck! Maybe I missed a step somewhere. I highly recommend the My K-Cup reusable filter as well. It is a great accessory to this easy-to-use coffeemaker!
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish

We bought this coffee brewer 5 years ago and have averaged about 3 to 4 cups a day everyday! It is just now failing us...feels like we are losing an old friend. But we are going out this weekend to buy another one!!!
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Easy to use

I love the concept but there is a glitch

I loved the Keurig but it started shutting itself off after three months. Now I read others have the same problem. Keurig was very nice and sent me a new one. However, they sent me an "elite" coffee maker and I had purchased this model which is more expensive. I decided to keep the elite so see if it works better.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use

I bought one of these about 2 years ago for my home. After enjoying it for 3 months, I bought another one for my office. They both get a lot of use and have never had a problem with either of them. I only wish they made it with a larger brew size, like 20 oz. I would DEFINITELY, with no hesitation, buy another one!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Needs a 20 oz cup size

Weak Coffee

The coffee does not taste the same using the Re-usable K-cup. The coffee tastes weaker even if you choose a a dark roast. Cleaning the filter takes longer. 2 cups of coffee per day = 9 working days per box of K-cups = $25 per month - adds up quick

Best product ever invented

I define my life as "Before Keurig" and "After Keurig." Absolutely the best Christmas gift my husband has ever given me. He can never top this. I've owned my Keurig for over a year. It works great. A few times it seemed to malfunction, but I just unplugged it, waited a minute, and it was ready to go!!! Brews a wicked cup of coffee...Cannot imagine life without my Keurig.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Multiple Settings
Cons: A bit noisey

Machine Shuts off

I am on my third machine, since receiving my first as a gift at Christmas 2009. This machine has taken on the same tendancies that the first two had. They work for a couple of weeks and then might brew one cup, I hear the pump turn on and the machine turns off. Sometimes refilling the water tank to the top adn tunring it back on, seems to bring it back to life. I think they pump must be either becoming air bound, or it is not strong enough to get the water into the heating tank. Guess I will be calling Keurig again later today.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Fragile, Limited Cup Sizes

Constantly shuts off. Won't pump water.

After every cup is brewed, the pump fails to draw water from the reservoir, causing the unit to turn off. Requires re-seating the reservoir, sometimes multiple times, in order to pump. Returned unit for exchange at [...] Second unit has exactly the same problem. Bad production run or poor engineering. Otherwise, I love the product. Considering return for refund and buying another model elsewhere because this model is defective.
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Delicious cup o' coffee
Cons: Fragile, Doesn't work most times
