Makes Great Coffee but has a few issues

We love our Keurig but did have the pump issue that some have complained about on here. I wanted to write a review because a couple of the complaints said that they received no help or service regarding there issues. I find that really hard to believe, there customer service was amazing and they are sending us a new brewer as we speak. Keurig really stand behind there product. Thanks Keurig
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use

We bought the special edition brewer back in the fall of '09, and it has been the best purchase we've made as far as a coffee maker. My husband and I drink several cups of coffee daily, and we haven't had one problem with the brewer. It's easy to clean, easy to use, and is ready when we are. I would highly recommend this one!
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use

I love this brewer but???

I love this B60 brewer but I've had difficulty since my purchase. The "Add Water" button remain on, therefore, I'm unable to brew my coffee, as you have to wait for the "Ready to brew" feature to come on. The company was kind enough to send me a new water container last week, as they thought this would solve my problem but it did not. I just wrote to them again and hopefully I will be able to get some sort of response to remedy this issue. I miss my coffee in the morning and I'm due to have company visiting from up north.......... Help!

i love my machine but.....

I got my machine a little over a year ago. i thought it was a bit loud - but i really loved it. it is so loud that my husband thought i had his air compressor out - and right now, its a guess which size cup you get no matter which button you push. i've descaled it - done all the troubleshooting i can. i sent an email to customer service - i'm hoping they will help. i am a little disappointed at the moment - it was alot of money for it to last only a year :(

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Noisy

Still Going Strong

I have had this brewer for about 2 years now and it has worked perfectly since day one. I really want to upgrade to a quiet brew but the practical side of myself won't let me since it is still going strong. My mother purchased a quiet brew and let me tell you, it isn't just quiet compared to mine, you have to try to hear it! But as long as mine is still working, I'll have to wait til it quits...may be a while!!!Thanks Keurig!!

Great Customer Service

I love my machine! For the one or two cup a day drinker, you can not ask for more. Was a little different than what I was expecting, however it is all good in the end. Took a few choices of coffee to find what I liked, some were bland and weak, some were over the top and some were just right. Downside of this is machine is only 3 months old and not working correctly which is not making me happy considering how much you pay for these machines. I called customer service and they had a new one sent out to me pronto. Could not have asked for a better customer service solution. If all customer service were this way the world would be a better place, lol. Thanks for the quick responce and the peace of mind to know I did not waste my money on a costly gadget that only worked for a short while. Now if we could just get some hot chocolate again I would be even happier............. I liked this so much I even had a commercial one installed at work through my water vendor. Now they all love it too!
