Brews a great cup of coffee

I love the variety of coffees available. The brewer is easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. It has gotten out of cycle, on occasion,if it is turned off manually, but restarting the brewer corrects the problem.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

Did not work long

I enjoyed it at first but we used it two weeks and it quit working. very frustrated with it still being under warrenty and the fact it will take about 10 days for our new one to get here. I feel like we are being punished for their faulty product.

Got as Christmas gift. I need to have less caffeine than my husband so we thought this would be a good option. However, my one cup that I am allowed needs to be perfect. We have tried many things. Most of the store bought k cups produce weak coffee unless made on the smallest setting. The smallest setting only fills a normal size coffee mug halfway. Which to me means that to fill a normal cup - you would need to use 2 k cups. Ok, so we tried the My K Cup thinking we would use our own favorite coffee. We filled the filter entirely. It is still too weak. I have also tried the double pour/double brew after internet research. It didn't work for us, only made it even more watery which I expected but it was worth a shot. So far I have not found a good solution other than only making a half cup at a time. Also, you must heat your cream first, otherwise the coffee is not hot once you add it. And if you add cream like you normally would, it waters the coffee down too much.... Grr...
Pros: Fast, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy, Limited Cup Sizes, Not hot enough, WEAK, Pricey / Poor Value, Watered down

Not durable

I purchased this as a Mother's Day gift to myself about three years ago. Everything was great until last year, when I noticed it was not brewing the correct amounts. It would fall short between one half-ounce and one full ounce depending on the size chosen. I could live with that. Then about two months ago, it stopped brewing. It would go through what I call a "ghost brew", where I would have to go through the motions a second time before it would start brewing. I descaled it and it worked great for two weeks. Then on Christmas Day, it nearly stopped altogether. Cashing in my rewards points for a Platinum Plus as it's over the warranty period, but I'm not happy about it.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loving it!

I received this as a Christmas gift, and I am loving it! My husband and I have different taste preferences, so it is wonderful to be able to make what we want when we want it, and not waste a whole pot. Plus being able to get the K cup variety packs lets you experiment with varieties that you normally wouldn't buy for fear of wasting it. I haven't tried tea, cider or cocoa with it yet, but I plan to do so very soon!
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Fast

Everything that is expected

We were frustrated at first about the drink cup sizes (cups and travel) that would fit under the spout, but then we realized that taking the drip tray out allows all the sizes that a person needs. Not sure if we have made more hot chocolate or coffee yet...
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Tank Cleaning, Spout Area Cleaning

Makes a good cup of joe!

I use it mainly with the My K-cup. Works pretty well, not as strong as I would like, coffee wise, but enjoyable. Just a bit noisy now after about 6 months of everyday use. Other than that, pleased with this machine!
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Fast
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, Noisy

My Second Keurig

I am on my second Brewer they only last about 2 years. The first lasted the longest and now the second one is constantly needed primed and now it sometimes brews coffee or just sets in Brewing cycle doing nothing but making noise.If it decides to Brew you might get the right cup size and you may get an overflow.
Pros: Is Not Durable
Cons: Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value
