Perfect if you're on the go!

I've never been a huge coffee drinker. However, I enjoy coffee. This little machine has so much to offer. It makes quick work of making a cup of coffee on my way out the door, a nice cup of hot chocolate when your getting ready for bed or when everyone has a different choice you don't have a mess to clean up. I bought the adapter to use my own coffee but I can't give up the convenience of the pop in and out to trash of the K-cup. No mess no cleanup! I love the water tank. Easy...Easy...Easy. I would like a 12 oz or larger setting but I have also found if the coffee you have chosen is a bit strong you can toss the k-cup and use the small cup setting to finish off your cup with hot water. This allows me to get my coffee just right. If the cup you are using gets full before the size finishes you can simply hit power to shut it off. It stops very quickly! Buy it, you'll love it!

Durable machine, makes great coffee

Our family has owned this machine for several years. We use it a minimum of 4 times a day and have not had any problems with it. Upon our recommendation, many of our friends and family members have purchased this model and have been just as happy.

Design change needed

I looked inside the used K-Cup and there was some coffee left unbrewed on the sides of the cup. Maybe the spout design needs to be changed, or the shape of the cup.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Unused coffee in K-cup

Special Edition on my doorstep

Special Edition was on my doorstep after much waited anticipation. This is the best. Being the only coffee drinker in my home the coffee is always fresh and tastes like I just walked away from my local coffee house. Love the difference size brews but use the largest most often. Tried tea this weekend and it is very strong even with the larger cup size. Anyone who truly loves coffee will love this machine. Very quiet.

From the minute I opened the box, it was quite noisy however I gave Keurig a call and they sent me out a new machine with no hassle.

Brewer that goes crazy

I have had this brewer go crazy on me. It will make a half cup one time and over flow the cup another time. This happens in any mode. I tried the cleaning method that is in the manual and that did not fix the problem. I got so fed up with it I thew it in the trash.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

Love the Coffee, BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sure love the concept, the coffee is great, easy to use. Keurig has some quality control problems, You never know if its going to work right or not, sometimes you get a 3 oz. cup of coffee and the next one is 10 oz. Sometimes it pumps water back into the reservoir. Come on Keurig please get your problems under control, right now I am awaiting another machine, hope it gets here soon. I recommend this machine only because Keurig has been responsive.

Cons: Fragile
