Love my Keurig!

Use this everyday. Working at home, it's convenient to have coffee shop coffee and gourmet teas available to me 24/7. LOVE--LOVE--LOVE IT!
Pros: Convenient, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

GOOD BUT NOT ENOUGH COFFEE

this one only fills your cup up half way. I like the one cup brew, because I am the only one that drinks coffee in my house, and i dont have to make a hole pot. I would recommend the keurig brand to anyone but not this model. I have one at work and it is different and gives u a full cup.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN, Limited Cup Sizes, Noisy

I keep getting lemons

This would be great if I didn't keep getting lemons. The first one failed dispensing proper amount in 3 weeks. Pro: customer service was good & replaced it. Second one started giving "prime" error with every cup in about the same amount of time. Customer service walked me thru resetting it. Didn't help. Now just got my 3rd one. I hope three's a charm! I would have to drive 100 miles round trip to return it to the store where I bought it

Stopped working after 2 years

Used this product practically every day since we received our B60 as a gift for Christmas 2 years ago. At first, very convenient, and a great way to make a quick cup of coffee especially when you only want one and not a whole pot. Taste is not as good as fresh ground beans, but was willing to sacrifice for sake of convenience. A short while ago, the display stopped lighting up but it still worked fine so thought nothing of it. Yesterday it quit altogether and won't turn on at all. Was told by Keurig it cannot be repaired. Since we have had it just over two years it is out of warranty, though Keurig did offer a discount on a replacement model. I'm now seeing numerous posts that these fail frequently, so I doubt we will be replacing ours and will go back to grinding beans. We prefer the taste of bean coffee over k-cup anyway (and even gourmet/organic beans are cheaper than k-cups!)
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, K-Cups are pricey
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent value and features

My schedule varies day to day and this machine quickly brews a beverage to get me going or help me relax. The convenience is well worth the cost.

Great Value

We use ours mainly for coffee and hot chocolate but I discovered a new use recently while I was ill. The 6 oz setting is perfect for making Cup-a-Soup when you just don't have the energy to cook. Love ot and would definitely buy another one! :)

Cons: Noisy

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Love my coffee

I make 2 cups every morning. I love how fast it makes my coffee. I love the taste of the coffee. I don't like that it does not fill my cup. I put it on the largest setting and still does not fill my cup. I use a coffee mug. I also think the machines are over priced. The coffee is also over priced and thats why I like that I can use my own coffee in one of the reusable k-cups.
