I HAVE FOUND NOTHING ABOUT THIS I DON'T LIKE. IT IS GREAT! WISH I HAD GOTTEN IT SOONER.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, NO CLEAN UP JUST GREAT, Durable, Multiple Settings, FRESH COFFE IN AN INSTANT

Once you learn how to use it the coffee amker is great. It did take someone to show me how to use it to best accommodate my taste. I do have to laugh when someone tells me not to get up and they will make theer own coffee...I stand there and watch them fumble, staring at the machine. It makes me smile. Everyone loves it once they see it! I bought one after I saw it at a friend's house. Now all my frineds want one. I do like the different available sizes but I wish they were marked with their cup size.

I love that I can have decaf and a guest can have regular without making 2 pots. The flexibility is incredible.

What a great product and so easy to use

We use it every morning. So nice to wake up and have a fresh cup of coffee in 5mins or less. Can use different brands and strengths. Great for a cup of coffee or tea or hot cocoa in the afternoon or at night without all the mess.

Cons: A little costly but worth

We love our K-Cup Brewer

My husband and I use the brewer every day. We go through 4-5 boxes of K-Cups a month. Many of our friends and relatives have bought the brewer after drinking the coffee at our house. One of our friends actually bought a brewer for each of her 4 different business locations that she owns. Even though we love the coffee, there is one problem with it. When we run out of K-cups we try to use the "My K-Cup" and fill it with ground coffee. This clogs the system up very badly and does not work out at all.

I had stopped drinking coffee at home almost 20 years ago, because the automatic types didn't give a good or hot cup of coffe, and I didn't want to bother with perking a pot for one cup. since we got this machine, I can and do have at least 2 cups per day - always hot, always perfect. And it makes a great cup of tea also. I don't think it's exceptionally noisy. All in all, a perfect item.
