Great Coffee Machine

My wife bought this machine 8 months ago. We have used it every day since. The wife likes her coffee mild while I go for wild. This machine lets us each have our favorite. The only problem I've had was it began short cupping after 6 months (brewing less than the size selected). I researched and discovered the machine should be de-scaled with vinegar at least every 6 months. Once I completed the de-scaling the machine was back to brewing the correct amount per cup setting.
Pros: Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish

Great Coffee Maker/Great Customer Servic

My first Keurig was purchansed in 2008, and being the memory queen I am I thought I remembered how to descale my Keurig, well, I didn't remember the whole proceedure. After the last descaling it tripped the ground faults, after speaking with customer service I realized the error, and already knew that my machine was not under warranty, all I really wanted was repair shop, which there are none. I ended up buying a new Keurig through them (ended uip being more economical than buying through local retail or a different machine) and got the newest edition. Any time I have needed help customer service was there for me. Right down to when my first machine needed a new rubber gasket, which I was willing to buy and they sent for free. Let me tell you the quiet brew is a great improvement, and the additional feature of being able to brew a really strong coffee for iced coffee is a nice touch. There are three people in this house that drink coffee, all at different brew strength, the Keurig accomodates that. And with the My K-Cup you can use your own coffee. I like to roast coffee (nothing smells better than coffee roasting) grind and brew it, and it works beautifully. Bottom line: Yes I recommend this to a friend and would tell them, if you have a problem with the machine or K-Cups, contact customer service, it is amazing how quickly they respond. Oh, and it does help to be poliet.

I have 4 Keurig's at different locations. These are great machines and great coffee. I did have some issues from time to time that techs from the company walked me through with resolution. My last issue was a non repairable machine, out of warranty. Can you believe they are sending me a free replacement!!! Now what does that tell you about this company in a day and age like this. I will continue buying their products and referring friends to KEURIG!! How could you ask for more?

Wow ... I've had my Special Edition for over 2 years. Use it everyday. Not the greatest cup of coffee in the world, but I think that's more about the coffee, not the machine. Can't beat the convenience. Anyway, I recently starting having the "partial cup" problems. I followed the videos on Keurig website for descaling and needle cleaning. No luck. So, I called Customer Support (on a Friday afternoon). I only waited about 15 seconds before I was talking to a very courteous rep. I told her what I had done to try to fix the problem, and she said "OK, then I'll send you a new replacement machine with a full warranty." I'm blown away. I sure wasn't expecting that. I just thought I'd call before I went shopping for a new one. Boom ... that was it. I was off the phone in 5 minutes, and my new machine is on the way. Amazing. Seriously, who does this these days?

Same problems as everyone else...

I bought this for my wife as she had been wanting one for awhile. When we first got this we were thrilled with it. It was a bit slower than we expected and noisy at first, but it got the job done quite well during the short time that it actually worked and that was what we were looking for. After two months of regular use, unit no longer pumps water. We have followed all cleaning tutorial videos online and maintenance steps, etc to no avail. Unit simply won't pump. My issue is similar to others listed here. I won't be recommending this product to a friend and will strongly encourage them to stay away from any Keurig products. Extremely disappointed.
Cons: Noisy, Not durable, Won't Pump

Great coffee, but keep your receipt

Love the coffee it makes. Convenient and flavorful. Appears to be a quality control problem. We are on the 3rd Keurig K65 in 7 months. All the same problem. Their little internal pump stops working. Thinking of adopting the returns clerk at the store.

I was surprised at the comments about their machines not brewing or that it was noisy? MY machine is quiet as can be AND have never had any issues with it "not brewing" thank goodness. I've owned mine for approximately 9 months and I use it daily. I havva friend who visits often and he is so impressed and "spoiled" as HE states by this machine that he wants one for his office. He says that when he has to go home and make coffee with his "regular" coffee maker that he is disappointed with the wait time, the flavor and the waste of coffee that he's always having to pour out daily. , lol. I have to say I am a bit spoiled as well now that I've had the convenience of this brewer. I use mine daily for everything from basic coffee's to flavored coffees, tea's, iced beverages, the vitamin over ice drinks, you name it! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Keurig Special Edition Brewer! If anything happens to it I'm definitely replacing it with another Keurig! I'm also going to buy one for my friend who is so enamored with mine!

I like the idea that you can make one cup of regular, the next cup decaf, the next hot cocoa, etc.
