Coffee not hot enough

I've not had 10 cups of coffee and customer service told me that I needed to descale the machine - it is brand new and if it cannot make 10 cups without need to be descaled, I don't need this coffee maker. And the coffee is not hot - not even close to 192 degrees - no milk, cream etc. and I can drink it right out of the maker as soon as it is finished.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

weak coffee

I was very disappointed that the coffee came out so weak. Unless you make the smallest cup size the coffee is not rich tasting.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Weak coffee, Pricey / Poor Value

This is the third brewer in 4 years. Pump fails even though we only use deionized water and descale it every 2 months. This machine is either not designed well or not manufactured well. If we didn't have so many K-cups on hand, would look at another brand.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

I use mine every day and no longer have wasted coffee. I onloy use what I need with no unwanted waist of grounds and coffee. Can't get my LARGE mug under to fill.
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Multiple Settings, Stylish

we bought this for the office. everyone loves it! such a variety of coffees, teas, and cocas! something for everyone! cost effective only .50 a cup and no waste! great to have decaf and regular. everyone in the office is excited about it , you would think i bought them an ice cream machine!!! slowly trying and testing every flavor!!!

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Love my Keurig

After a lot of research I opted for this unit, primarily because I wanted to have a coffee maker that was ready to brew when i got up. To date I have not been disappointed. This gives me a great cup of coffee in record time. One thing i have to mention is is that the coffee brewed with anything other than the smallest cup is too weak for me - I like strong coffee. I solved the problem by brewing 2 small cups - (with 2 k-cups) for my travel mug which works for me and is still cheaper than buying brand coffee's on a daily basis. I sometimes have a single decaf brew in the evening which is fine on the small cup setting. My wife is not so fond of the machine but its more that she hasn't found a coffee that she likes with it yet. I have only had one issue on one occasion - pump not transferring water into boiler - figured it was probably a small airlock and by removing and replacing the reservoir and cycling the power, it resolved the issue. Overall I like the brew I get from this - experiment with different coffee's obviously - its fast, convenient, good tasting coffee and minimal cleanup as I leave for work.

Cons: Potentially Weak Brews

My Thanksgiving visit to my son and daughter-in-law gave me my first look at Kuerig Coffee Maker and was I impressed. we were serving 14 people for dinner and the Kuerig got a real workout. I loved it. can't recommend it enough.
