The best part of waking up!

I use this product every morning! On weekdays, I use my travel mug. With the removable base, it accomodates cups of all sizes! On weekends, I use my regular coffee cup. We have the timer set on it, so it's ready when I wake up - no warm up time needed. It also has auto-shut-off, so if I forget to turn it off, I don't have to worry about it all day. It matches our kitchen perfectly (black and stainless steel) and is super easy to clean. If anything happens to this one, I'd be at the store that day to buy a new one. It's worth every penny!

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

my second replacement is on the way the original lasted less than a year and the prime light kept coming on that replacement lasted less than 30 days and same problem hope this one works better

Three model B60's in 6 years

Three defective B60's in six years. All three started leaking from the bottom housing, not the reservoir. Only two years of use per coffee maker, very sad. I'm done with Kuerig!
Cons: Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value

Doesn't last much longer than warranty

I loved my Keurig brewer but right after the warranty ended, so did my keurig. I have had $30 coffee pots last longer than that. Very disappointed.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Best Home Unit Ever!

I have the timers set for the morning, it's nice to have it ready to go for all of us. The teenager grabs a hot cocoa or a tea, the wife grabs a tea and coffee for me. The teenager has figured out how to use just hot water for her instant oatmeal... lol Great unit. When the new 72oz reservoir comes out, I will pick one up.

I love the ease, and variety of flavors, but our second Keurig has now broken. the lift handle first works well for many months, then gets a "sticky spot" where you have to jiggle it to open it all the way, then finally Jams altogether, and must be disassembled with a screw driver to unjam it. That said, ITs lasted over a year at about 3 cups per day, so for the price, we are going out to buy our third one

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile

Prepare to purchase a new machine every

I am extremely disappointed. I just hung up with customer service and after explaining that my machine constantly gets clogged and is only good for brewing hot water because once a k cup is used it gets clogged and I spend every morning using a paperclip and running through the entire reservoir trying to fix it so that I can have ONE cup of coffee. I continued to explain to customer service that one time it was apparently so clogged that a drop of water came out into the cup and and some water came out the back. She immediately told me to unplug it and throw it out because it leaks, I continued to explain that it was a one time occurrence and the water came out the back because it had no where else to go but once I cleaned it again it stopped. So, I have had this machine for two years and I am told the warranty is up. My only option is to throw the machine out and for the discounted price of $97 I can get another machine so that in two years the same thing will happen again. Really? This is the only option given to me, throw it away and purchase another? I understand this happens quite often as I speak to different people. I will continue to spread the word to stay away from Keurig. So very frustrated and disappointed. Who buys any kind of appliance that has to be replaced every two years?!?!

Cons: Poor Customer Service, Faulty, Frustrating
