Great coffee - Poor lifespan

Spoiled by great tasting coffee - so I keep buying pots. We drink a lot of coffee - up to 10 cups per day. Even following all cleaning directions to the letter and even with the new charcoal filter, the coffee makers do not last long - less than two years. Recommend buying them from Keurig Club - price is much better than retail.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Great tasting coffee, Always Fresh, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Not durable, Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN, On My 3rd Pot, Pot Dies After 1-2 Years, Died Faster With Filter

Argh to get a full mug with one push

I love the keurig. Except I have to go through the large size and the medium size to fill a normal coffee mug. I followed the cleaning video and any troubleshooting tips I could find. I'm nervous to buy a new one because if it's the same issue I will be very unhappy.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: I Can't Get A Full Cup Of

Was Excited for a Year!

I got this for Christmas in 2012 and I loved it!! Have used it every day until Monday 4/14/2014! It stopped putting out enough water for my size cup (just pumped a little bit). I tried cleaning and descaling - didn't help! Went to Costco and bought the Keurig K-75 Platinum!! So far, I love it. Hope it lasts longer!!
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

We have had other models (V500) and had problems but I'm SO happy to have this K-Cup model and am looking forward to the upcoming additions of K-Cup options!!! I also have to say that the customer service with this company is beyond excellent as well as the corporate office! Bar none, this company is excellent in every way!!!

Best Coffee Maker EVER !!!

I've read a lot of bad reviews complaining about the Keurig not dispensing the right amount of water after using it for a while. Mine also started dispensing less water. All it took was one call to customer support (awesome customer support) he explained how to fix it and it works like new again. All I did was take a paper clip and straighten it out. There are (2) tiny slots on the water dispenser that punctures the K-cup (from the top). You'll need a flash light to see them but, they are there. Just slid the paper clip up inside each slot and wiggled it around a little. Ran JUST WATER through until there were no visible coffee grounds and the proper amount of water was being dispensed. Only took 2 cups of hot water and it works like new. Love my Keurig K-65 and would recommend to anyone.

Design flaw

I've had the K75 for about 4 years however I really only needed 3 cup sizes. This was recommended by the sales staff so I ordered it. I was excited to try it! When I placed it on the countertop under the upper cabinet (where I always kept my K75), it wouldn't open fully to insert the K cup. I therefore had to pull this 10 inches away from the wall to place the K cup into it. I have 17 inches of clearance between my countertop and upper cabinet. This requires 18 inches of clearance. There is no place in my kitchen where this will work as I have upper cabinets everywhere. Since this measures 13 inches in height as the K75 did, I never would have expected the overall open profile to be taller. Keurig should add the specs regarding the fully open height to their description to help the staff and customers. Frustrated!

This Keurig is the second Keurig machine I have in my home. I love it; it looks good and heats up super fast. You can program this Keurig to turn on & heat up at specific times but even though this feature is convenient, I don't use it. Why you ask? Because this wonderful coffee maker heats up so rapidly, I find an automatic program unnecessary. Another feature is temperature control. It comes with a default temperature setting of 192 degrees.. You can select two lower temps if you prefer a cooler beverage. I kept the temperature setting exactly where it was, in my opinion it's perfect. There are a lot of coffee makers on the market to choose from but you need to look no further, Keurig has it all. Keurig are the only machines I use or recommend. Thank you.
