Love - Hate Relationship

I use it daily for 2-3 cups throughout the day. Have identical units at home and my office and use only K-Cups. Love the convenience of this machine and the variety of brewing options. Hot, fresh and fast. Not happy with the fact that both the home and office units have stopped working after only one and a half months for the home unit and three months for the office unit. Have done the recommended de-scaling process and they worked briefly, then both died again shortly afterward. Don't get rid of your old coffee maker or have plenty of SB's Via on hand in case of emergency. I would only recommend this if you get an extended warranty to receive periodic replacements when they break.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Not durable, Noisy

Best purchase I have ever made!!

I absolutely love this machine! I was kind of hesitant after reading some of the reviews about the water pump on this model going out. I purchased an extended warranty on it just in case. I have had no problems with mine. Its quiet, very easy to clean, and the K cups are perfect! I don't know how I lived without it!!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use

Combat Deployable Keurig

This machine lasted through a deployment to Afghanistan for over 9-months. It was used on a daily basis by over 20 people, and never had any issues except making sure it was cleaned and rinsed on a regular basis. Bottled water works best.
Pros: Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

I drink one cup of Coffee everyday while getting ready for work. On the weekends, my husband and I have several cups. I am so disappointed that I have gone through 2 coffee machines within 2 mos. Absolutely ridiculous. The one and only thing that was good about this machine is making one cup of coffee at a time. I would NEVER recommend anyone to purchase this coffee maker.

Cons: Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value

FOR AS NICE AND EASY AS THIS COFFEE MAKER IS TO USE, IT IS TOO BAD THEY DON'T MAKE ONE THAT WILL LAST LONGER. I AM ON NUMBER TWO. THE FIRST LASTED 5 MONTHS, A CHRISTMAS GIFT FROM MY KIDS WHICH WAS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY AND THIS LAST ONE ONLY LASTED 1 YEAR 8 MONTHS. NOT AFFORDABLE FOR MIDDLE INCOME A GOOD PRICE FOR THOSE WITH MONEY TO THROW AWAY!

Noisey, yet Fantastic

My boyfriend and I just bout our Keurig machine a month ago. We couldn't help but purchase our own when we fell in love with my parents. My family has had theirs for 5 years now with no problems. Ours works great as well. It's a big noisey... Definitely not something you want right next to your bedroom. But I think I can handle the noise for the drinks we're able to get out of this machine. My boyfriend drinks the coffee and I usually go for the teas or hot chocolates. All come out fantastic. Now and then, it won't fill the mug (even on the biggest setting), but that's a simple fix and you have yourself a beautiful cup of your choice. I have to say I wouldn't go back to a regular coffee maker... Too much of a waste. The K Cups could be a little cheaper... But you pay for quality. :)

I bought my Keurig back in 2005 and it is just now needing to be replaced 8 yrs later..I use to go through coffee makers every 6 months..but my Keurig outlast all by far...getting ready to purchace my second.I love my Keurig

Failed brewer will not turn on!!!

I used this brewer daily for not quite over 2 years. Last week it failed to turn on for my morning cup. Trying to discuss the matter with Keurig is impossible!
