After 14 months, water transfer became very noisy, then failed completely within 2 weeks
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH TWO IN A ROW, BUT NOT DISCOURAGED. KUERIG TOOK CARE OF ME.
Pros: Stylish, Really easy to use, Saves You Wasting Coffee, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Tall Must Remove H2otank, Fragile, Noisy, Takes A Lot Of Counter, Bulky

The cup sizes didn't seem to quite add up to, umm the cup sizes. The special edition is very noisy. I guess I just expected something diff being that it was labeled "special edition". I also find the coffee is weak unless on the smallest cup size setting. I am returning it for the Platinum. I should have just spent the extra money and got what I originally researched, the platinum.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy, Limited Cup Sizes

My husband and I drink 1 or 2 cups of coffee everyday,it doesn't get any better than this.We love how fast we can enjoy our first cup of the day. Thanks Keurig.

Have loved this brewer for 2 yrs and 8 months. Don't know of anyone who has had one last 3 years so be prepared to replace every 2-3 years.

I absolutely love this machine. It brews wonderful coffee very quickly and is very easy to use. Love the variety of coffee you can get for this machine too.

While I basically like the machine and have two of them, its components are poorly made. Pumps give out quickly and internal control mechanism gets confused as whether to make coffee or return water to the tank. Not a good value.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Poor Quality Pump, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
