I drink one cup of Coffee everyday while getting ready for work. On the weekends, my husband and I have several cups. I am so disappointed that I have gone through 2 coffee machines within 2 mos. Absolutely ridiculous. The one and only thing that was good about this machine is making one cup of coffee at a time. I would NEVER recommend anyone to purchase this coffee maker.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value

PRODUCT HAS A SHORT LIFE FOR HIGH COST

FOR AS NICE AND EASY AS THIS COFFEE MAKER IS TO USE, IT IS TOO BAD THEY DON'T MAKE ONE THAT WILL LAST LONGER. I AM ON NUMBER TWO. THE FIRST LASTED 5 MONTHS, A CHRISTMAS GIFT FROM MY KIDS WHICH WAS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY AND THIS LAST ONE ONLY LASTED 1 YEAR 8 MONTHS. NOT AFFORDABLE FOR MIDDLE INCOME A GOOD PRICE FOR THOSE WITH MONEY TO THROW AWAY!
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Broke in less than 4 months

I don't mind paying a lot for quality products but this is definetly not one of them. We probably brew 5 to 10 cups a day and the machine didn't last 4 months. I'm hoping the retailer we bought it from will exchange it.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Limited Cup Sizes

would like to be able to empty completly for transport & storage

not worth it

if you have a normal coffee cup size you will have to brew the coffee twice to fill up your cup then if you want a second cup you will have to refill the water, might as well brew a half pot of coffee. Customer service, forget it, i sent an email asking for advice about getting another machine with a larger water capacity, more cup sizes which would probably be the vue model, but i could not figure out if i could use my own coffee with those machines and i just wanted a little advice, i got back a form letter "sorry you are having trouble with your machine, call 1-800...." lot of help that was they didnt even read my email im not having trouble, i just want to purchase something eles and was looking for someone that knows their product, if i wanted to call a 1-800 number and be on hold i would have called. i emailed thinking someone might actually read the email, i was wrong and if they cant even read an email asking about which product i should buy im sure they would be of no help at all if i had a problem once i bought one so no thank you, i will look eleswhere. I wonder if this review wil be one of the ones they "reject" and no one ever sees?!!!

Love my Keurig

I got this as a gift and have never been happier with an appliance as I am this one. The coffee is fantastic, quick and easy to use. I only had one issue and the customer service team was quick to help out. I would recommend highly the cost is reasonable and the product performs as expected. When it does quit I will gladly replace with another Keuring maker cause I never want to be without my Keurig.

Love my Keurig, but!

I got this brewer for Christmas. I fell in love right away. Between the variety of coffees and teas I can have at anytime and how quickly it brews, it is a wonderful invention. However, after having it for 2 months I started to get a message that said Prime. I went to manual and followed all steps. It worked again. Until the next day when it said Prime again. That is when I called customer service. Customer service was wonderful however. The rep told me that my model was defective and within 4 days I have a new one. No questions asked. I love the company. I am a bit concerned that it will happen again but only time will tell. I hope that they figured out whatever was causing the glitch.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Fast, Multiple Settings, Brews Hot
Cons: Questionable Reliability

Excellent Home Brewing System

I am very pleased with this coffee maker. I recently purchased this one to replace the original Keurig that I purchased about 5 years ago. The old one was getting a little noisy, so I figured it was time. This one is much quieter and I really like the way I can select the cup size. I expect to keep this one for 5 years too. I'm surprised at some of the comments stating that this coffee maker is not durable, because that simply is not the case.
