Terrible, don't waste your money

Owned one for just over a year and it stopped working. Warranty was expired so they refused to help, but offered to sell me another. Total waste of money when you need to replace approximately once a year. Save your money.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value, Junk
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

heading towards my 4th machine!

I am now on brewer #3, mine keeps displaying 'prime' at which point I have to plug & unplug to re-set, I follow all cleaning instructions to the letter & this has happened with all 3 machines & to make matters worse the 3rd one is so loud it wakes us up in the morning...I will be contacting the co. once again!

Two big coffee drinkers

Cogged filters was the main problem with these coffee makers. I have a Special Edition. I found that if you just run plain water through (no pod) inserted, two times every other day it helps. Some coffee makers have an extra filter in the water reservoir remove that also when you start this. That (fog horn noise) my husband and I call it alerts me when it doesn't sound the same that it's getting clogged. So I run the clear water though, 99% times it works and you will see some coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup that was in the filters.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Convenient, Quick, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Poor Filtration, HARD TO CLEAN

My own coffee house

I threw out my other coffee pots. I prefer the fresh cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate everytime I want a cup. My day begins with a breafast blend and then family will start showing up for thier favorite cup. I have my system runing off/on all day. I usually end my day with hot chocolate or hot tea. This system has changed my life and save money on traveling for that special cup of coffee and spend that money on buying different types of K-cups. Plus, I can use my existing tea and coffee in my special K-cup so that nothing is wasted.
Pros: Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Fast, Easy to use

In love

I use my Keurig every morning. I always have loved expensive great tasting coffee. Now because of this machine I can have great coffee for hardly any money. Investing in this brewer was a great idea. There is never any waste like with a normal brewer.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

very frustrated- poor construction

brews very good coffee when it works. The heater on the unit that heats the water keeps tearing up and you must repeatedly turn the unit off and on until the heater eventually warms and allows you to brew. Going to have to replace unit and have not had but 10 months. very frustrating due to price of unit.

Cons: Complicated, Heater Wont Work, Pricey / Poor Value

What's not to like

I think this is a great machine. I love to try all the different drinks that are offered. My husband loves the hot cider and hot chocolate. Not only do I have praises on the machine but must say Keurig has great customer service people. I have an older model that I was going to donate to the non-profit org I work for. Somehow between my house and work the plastic k-cup holder got lost. I made a call to Keurig requesting a replacement part,expecting to have to pay for it. Keurig took all my information and sent me the replacement cup at no charge. The price,ease of use,tasty product on top of GREAT customer service....how could you go wron?
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Multiple Settings, Fast

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

A bit dissappointed

I received the premium Keurig for my birthday two years ago. I only use it for one cup of coffee in the morning and on weekends. I started having problems with it last week. Now it won't do anything. For such an expensive coffee maker, I would expect it to last longer. I've decided to go back to a regular percolator coffee pot. I wouldn't waste my money.

Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value
