Didnt last a year

I used this machine for a cup or two of coffee a day. It worked great for about six months. Then it began sending water back into the reservoir and making partial cups of coffee. The coffee maker was cleaned and it worked sometimes. Finally, I woke up and the machine would not turn on. It died after about 10 months. I didn't get the value out of the machine that I expected. In retrospect, it was a terrible buy.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Coffee Ever.

I use my Keurig every morning before classes. It's great because it is SO simple & fast. I hate being late, so that is a very important feature for me. It's so nice to just be able to pop the cup in, push the button, and be ready to leave. I honestly cannot think of anything I do not like about this Keurig.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Fast, Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings

Easy to Operate

Fantastic for a fresh every cup. The platinum system is a little more complicated to use, I love this one because it is easy to pick the size you want. Perfect for a small household. No coffee is wasted. Best purchase I've ever made.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Good for just about a year of service

I have been through two of the Special Edition models. Both worked for a little over a year, just long enough to extend beyond its warrantee. The last one would just not turn on. The one before it would not consistently flow the right amount and was very noisy. The units are NOT repairable so you have to buy a new one if yours fails beyond its warrantee.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile, Lasts About One Year
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received this model as a Christmas gift this past Christmas, so I've been using daily for about 3 months or so. I usually drink one cup every morning, & have had very little problems. The only problem I had was the first time I used keurig's filter cup - it made a huge mess. It was difficult to get all of the coffee grounds cleaned out. (Just to mention - I'm not sure if I used the filter cup incorrectly or not - but I do use it every day & it works great). I also love how you can change the temperature and cup size. It is very easy to change the settings. I am the only regular user of this keurig, however my boyfriend has used once or twice with no problem. I have also entertained guests who enjoyed, as well.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy, HARD TO CLEAN

You have to warm it up, but once it's ready, it brews immediately so it's still quick. It does make sounds when warming. I had a few times when it did not fill the cup to the appropriate level.

I bought this to take to my office for me and one other co-worker. I am a little concerned about some of the reviews, seems people either LOVE it or HATE it. Users either have no troubles or all kinds of problems. I made my first cup this morning and it was very good and hot. I will reserve any further judgements until I have used it for a time.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Pricey

I'm a two cup morning and one cup evening coffee drinker and the only user of this brewer. Our water is from reservoir (not well) so it isn't laden with minerals. Still, I had to clean this maker frequently even though the descale notice never came on. After several months the noise the unit made grew louder. we stayed at a B&B with the same model and it made an astonishing amount of noise! Every morning I would make a small cup of hot water only before making a large cup of coffee or the amount of coffee would be unpredictable. Eventually the coffee maker started leaking. But Keurig gave me a new one! Perhaps a higher price maker would be better.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Unpredictable Cup Volume
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
