Durability of electronics an issue.

On my third k65 in 4 years. Circuit board will die after 1-2 yrs. Keurig is good at replacing the machine at no cost, but not durable.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Circuit Board Lasts 1 Yr
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Warranty Shocker

Received Model 60 as a gift. It made great coffee, but became defective after only a short time frame. It would not make a complete cup of coffee. Called tech support; but their suggestion did not fix it. I failed to return as I should have. I received an e-mail from Keurig long after I forgot about the pot breaking and warranty had expired about purchasing K-cups. It was a promotional e-mail about me ordering more K-cups. In my e-mail response, I explained the details and the history of the defective pot. Customer Service called me today and is sending me a new one even though warranty has expired. It doesn't get any better than this. I'm not sure if the short cup defect problem has been fixed, but if it has, then this is one heck of a coffeemaker. This was a gift. I am not being compensated. I was not expecting them to replace the pot when I was describing the defect in my e-mail response to Keurig. If they can convince suppliers to lower their prices on K-Cups, they will sell tons more of these.
Pros: Fast, Many coffee flavors, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Water is Hot, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use

Love it but doesn't last long

I bought this unit a year ago and have loved it. I love the ease of the machine, the drink selections, how fast making a drink is and overall how easy to use. We no sooner got past the year mark though and we started having issues with it not staying on. It starts to act like it is getting ready to make a cup of coffee then it shuts off. I end up turning it on two or three times before I can finally get it to make a cup.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Waste of Money

We purchased this model two years ago. I used it everyday and then one day no power! We called Customer Support and were told they could do nothing because it was beyond the warranty period. They offered no repair option. They offered to sell us another piece of junk for the special price of $99. A great concept but truly JUNK.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Extremely Pleased with my Keurig

I received this brewer as a gift for my birthday.My Keurig is awesome, I use it every day multiple times. It is quick and efficient and makes a delicious cup of coffee.I like the warranty also.The pin in the K-Cup holder broke with use, and I called Keurig and they are sending out a new one. I love, love, love my Keurig and wonder why I waited so long.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: None so far

Nice Machine

We've had this unit for 10 weeks now. An average day is 6 brewing cycles; we've tripled that on days with a house full of people. We utilize K-cups and the My K-cup filter assembly. As long as the unit draws water, we get the correct amount of coffee. Twice the unit failed to prime. Both times occurred after I had removed the in tank water filter. I think it dried out a little and starved the pump. Unplugging the machine and tipping upside down resolved this both times.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast

Daily home use. Keep it clean. Call Keurig about a problem: Expect offer of coupons to buy a new machine. Great until it starts to fail, don't expect support. If you love it buy a new one. I would recommend it to a close friend after explaining reservations and my experiences. Coffee pots/ makers fail after a few years just like all appliances. ErikErik

I was given this as a gift and just love it. as long as you keep it clean (which is not that hard to do) use filtered water which will help keep build up down. I have no problems with it. Always the perfect cup size and strength.
