I've had my keurig for 4+ years. I did have trouble about 1 yr ago with the needle not going through the k-cup and the result was that I cracked the top by slaming the lever down too many time, but with the crack the needle worked again. I can live with the crack. I love the nice HOT coffee. I loved iced coffee in the summer and I've branched out to the iced versions. Love them all. When family comes to visit I can accomodate everyones tastes in coffee. Several friends have purchased their own as a result of using mine.
Pros: Best tasting coffee, Coffee stays hot longer, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy

Too many problems

We have had our Keurug for two months and now it makes only one cup and then goes into prime and refuses to work. We have to reset it by lifting the resevoir out of its home and trying to replace it to get it to reprime so it will work. For the expense its a bust.
We use this machine about every other day from one cup to multiple cups. After about a year, it was only brewing the coffee no more than a few teaspoons at a time. After cleaning the needles and descaling the machine; it started to work for about 5 months when it started not brewing again. After doing the extra cleaning again, it worked for about 2 1/2 months, now we only get about a 4oz cup of coffee. We have tried everything again to no avail, so we are going to get a different machine. Not sure what I am going to do with all of my k-cups. My father has had the same problem with 2 of the machines he had.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Limited Cup Sizes, Noisy

Very Poor Quality

Bought this coffee maker for Christmas 2011. Eight months later, it has stopped working. Water in the internal compartment just drains back into the water reservoir on the side; will not make a cup of coffee anymore. I use it twice daily to make a total of two cups, and clean the appliance every month. Tried several times to reset it, to no avail. Will not spend the money to buy a replacement. Very disappointed in the quality. For the price, I would certainly expect it to last more then a few months.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Machine DIED :o(

My machine malfunctioned 3 times before finally dying last week. I cannot believe all the reviews I'm reading about this happening to so many people. I was just about to order a new machine before reading all of these reviews. I ADORED my machine but we cannot keep giving Keurig money for a machine that cannot last longer than 2 years and sometimes less from what I'm reading.

Beggining to fail after 6 months

I really enjoy the various flavors available .... and the convenience of making a quick and tasty cup of coffee. It's too bad that I am beginning to experience the same problems other folks have had. Because of that, it's priced way too high.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Overflow pan, Limited Cup Sizes

Great coffee but keeps breaking down.

We received this as a x-mas gift 2011. We kept getting the prime message so it was replaced with a new one. This has happened 3 times. We are on our third coffemaker. The last time I asked about getting a better model, offering to pay something, but was told they don't do upgrades. Our son has had the exact same problem. It makes great coffee but something has to be wrong with this model.

The first failed just after warranty. Electronic controls just stopped. I love the large selection of coffees available.
