Makes great coffee, but.....

The B-60 makes excellent coffee, but I had 3 B-60's in less than 3 months with the same problem. After approximately 15-20 cups of coffee the PRIME light comes on. I followed the online videos and called customer service, but the problem still persists. Keurig has been good about sending replacements, but lets fix the problem. It has become very frustrating.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Prime problems, HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

I love this system, so easy to use and brews a great cup fast. It is a touch on the noisy side but it's not loud enough to upset me, it just lets me know when my coffee is brewing. If anyone says that it's hard to clean they have issues because it is not difficult at all. All in all this is a great coffee brewing system.
Pros: Fast, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Durable
Cons: Noisy

Uh-oh-problems again

I received great customer service when my first brewer started acting up. After each cup it would show a "prime" message and not reset. Kuerig sent me a brand new brewer, but now, this one is starting to do the same thing. You have to unplug it to get it to prime itself and that means resetting the clock each time. Guess I'll have to call again (sigh)and maybe get yet another, but from the reviews, there's no point in going up to the next model since that received fewer and worse reviews. I love the machine, but not the hassle with it.
Pros: Stylish, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Malfunctioning problems

Not what I would expect for the money!

I am on my second unit, which I had to purchase because the warranty was up. I purchased the replacement less than 2 months ago. First one just died. The second one is very erratic. I will make one cup and the water will not process into the maker for a second cup. I wait and get a message that says "Prime", which is what the 800 tech support says I have to do. So, I disconnect the power, remove the water tank and drain a little of the water from the bottom. This usually works, but not always. This is supposed to be a "New" unit according to the phone rep who sent it to me (not re-furbished). I get a lot of "Prime" messages. This is not an example of good "Quality". If I have much more trouble, it will be in the trash and I will buy a better made coffee maker.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast

I wish it worked like it did on day one

I love the concept and I have had my Keurig special edition for about two years now. I didn't like the trouble of brewing a whole pot of coffee just for myself, and I never liked the coffee in the pot after it had been sitting for a few hours. The Keurig is a perfect concept and it brewed a perfect cup of coffee every time. Plus, I appreciated the variety of options with the K-Cups. However, after about one year, it stopped working properly. Read all of the reviews carefully. They are spot on. The unit will turn itself off and on. I always have to turn it on in the morning and wait for it to heat up. Also, you cannot select your brew size. It is like playing a video game to hit my cup of coffee while it cycles through the menus. Sometimes the water pressure is low and the water is not heated to the proper temperature, both problems leading to a disgusting cup of coffee (at the expense of a K-Cup). And frequently it doesn't brew the proper size, often dispensing about half of what it should. I'd like to get a new unit, but the other reviews are not very encouraging. My "average" rating is charitable because I love the concept, and I wish for an improved implementation in the future.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Noisy, Unreliable

Poor quality pump

I have gone through several in the last few months. The pump fails to prime after about one week of use. However, the customer service department has been great with sending replacement brewers. I just wish the machine would work for more than a week without troubles.
Pros: Coffee tastes great, Fast, Easy to use, Good customer service
Cons: Not durable, Pump only lasts a week

Junk, will never buy Keruig again

My B60 died after 18 months, as in will not even turn on. Keruig will not replace as it's 6 months out of warranty. Before dying, it was failing to hold it's settings and had to be reset daily, a clear indication of faulty electronics. Electronic component failures are not one-offs, they have a known failure rate and Keuring surely knows what it is. I'd give it less than one star if that was an option.
Cons: Poor Quality, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As an avid coffee drinker, I can appreciate being able to try new types of coffee easily. Pop a K-Cup in and hit the mug button and you're on your way. There is a slight amount of noise with the product, but nothing overly loud and definitely not enough to wake your roommates up (because they sleep in way later than you do). The cups can be a bit pricey, as you can buy an entire tin of coffee that's worth well over 18 cups for the same amount, but if you get the K-Cup that allows you to add your own, you don't have to worry about that.I chose this one over the Elite that my parents have as the looks, and the clock function (with auto-on feature) is almost already worth the [$]. The extended water reservoir and extra cup setting are nice, although I have never used the latter. All in all though, the unit does seem a bit on the higher-end of price range. I don't know of anything really comparable to the Keurig in the sense that there are manufactured cups specifically for the unit that are one time use, but that's my only issue. I marked it down as a con, but it definitely wasn't enough to turn me away from the unit entirely. The bottom line is that this looks wonderful in your kitchen, as the designers obviously had aesthetics in mind when making this product. It's extremely easy to use, makes making coffee a breeze (especially in those situations where you don't want a whole pot) and is a good investment.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable
