I love my new Keurig. It was a gift from my Sweetie. I wish the coffe was strong with 8 ounces of water. I have to add another k-pack for 6oz.
Pros: Stylish, Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy, Limited Cup Sizes, K-pack Week With 8oz

So disappointed in this coffee maker. Its loud and will not give me a full cup even on the largest cup setting. Got this for for birthday and dont know if I can return it.
Cons: Cant Get A Full Cup, Noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the best household appliance that we have purchased in many years. The convenience of easy, quick brewing has made it the perfect addition to our busy lifestyle. Customer service via phone and internet is the best. All questions have been answered and even the most minute isues resolved seemingly with a smile!

POOR QUALITYCOFFEE MAKER!

I've had my Keurig for 2 years now, and have had nothing but issues with this machine. For as much as we spent on it, there should not have been this many issues with it. Now I'm told because the machine is leaking from underneath, that it cannot be fixed and I would need to buy another one. Not under warranty anymore and they MIGHT could give me a deal on a new one. I've had so many replacment parts already on this. Poor quality!
Cons: Too Many Glitches
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Five Years Strong

I've had this unit for five years and have loved it as long as I've had it. Started out using my own coffee in the insertable filter. After Keurig went on-line and started selling such a wide varity of coffee I never went back. We make three cups a day everyday, only use bottled water and only descale it when there's a problem. I also use it every morning to fill my shaving scuttle, super hot water, the best shave ever. Any problems I've had come from certian K-cups not giving a full cup, so I either twist the K-cup a little to widen the bottom needle hole or donate those the to office unit. Looking at the new Keuirg's and liking the new features and larger water capacity. Concerned about the sketchy reveiws of the Platnium and Plus only working for two years if you're lucky. I've never had to call customer service and I'd hate to be disappointed with Keurig if the new models didn't perform as well as the older very reliable one I have.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Versatile, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast

I have had a Keurig for about 4 years-one of the first ones for home and I thought it was great. However, when I got this one home I was so excited, it can be set it to come on in the morning before I make it to the kitchen so no waiting!! This is good when your not a morning person. Like that it has a clock and 3 cup sizes. Same quality coffee with better and more features. THANKS!!
