Easy to use but loud

The other reviewers weren't kidding about the noise. This unit is LOUD. It's amazing to me that it's louder than the unit we bought years ago. Makes coffee just fine, but for this price it shouldn't wake the baby. Also appears to be not as sturdy as older models.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy, Loud, Pricey / Poor Value

Don't waste your money

I received the Keurig B60WR as a gift about 1 year ago and have used the product about a dozen times. I am unable to get the machine to work and have been getting a persistent "not ready" message. I have been unable to find helpful advice to fix the problem. One site stated to see page 18 of the manual however there are only 15 pages to the manual! Obviously no help. I don't recommend the product.

We like ours so much we got the same one for our Son. It's a house warming gift.
Pros: We Love It, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Drips Sometimes

Coffee not hot enough

I've not had 10 cups of coffee and customer service told me that I needed to descale the machine - it is brand new and if it cannot make 10 cups without need to be descaled, I don't need this coffee maker. And the coffee is not hot - not even close to 192 degrees - no milk, cream etc. and I can drink it right out of the maker as soon as it is finished.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast

Does last very logn

We owned this unit for less than two years and we believe the pump is going bad. We run maybe two or three cups a day through the unit and after about 18 months it stopped pumping water from the reservoir through the machine. Called Keurig and they said it was shot and we needed a new one. Fortunately they gave us a %50 discount off retail to replace with the same unit so we went for another one. We will see if this one is any better.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Good Machine, but different

Read the Directions! I went from the mini which I used for 7 years to this machine. They operate differently and do not take short cuts with the filter. Be sure you soak it first as directed. I have only had this a week, but after I learned how different it was from the mini, its a nice machine.

It is fast, quiet and makes excellent cup of coffee. I use it everyday and would certainly recommend with enthusiasm.

I received this as a gift. I in turn bought one for my parents. This was a great starter set available from my local wholesale club. At first I did not think that I would ever use this brewer, but have found that I now use it every day. I particularly appreciate variety, and the online purchasing club makes this possible at a reasonable price. This brewer is built well, and has worked flawlessly through several hundred cups of coffee.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable
