After 14 months, water transfer became very noisy, then failed completely within 2 weeks
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

I boughtt this machine, but no k cups

I like as convenience, but can get expensive if you drink a lot of coffee. It is stylist and looks nice on my counter. The bonus k cups were not in the packaging.
Pros: Convenient, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Missing K Cups

A great concept, but iffy product.

I have had the coffeemaker for a few years now. I was disappointed that it took 2 brews to fill a mug even on the highest setting, but I got used to that. Then it started sending water back to the reservoir and not filling the cup. It is a common problem that Keurig doesn't seem to be able to fix. I like the coffee and ease of use, however.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, Short lifespan

Coffee too strong

I love the design and ease of brewing. It does not send enough water through to fill up varied sizes of cups and mugs making the coffee too strong. Have to use pod twice to cut the strong taste. Therefore, I will be using coffee off the shelf and use the K-cup adapter.

I drink about two cups of coffee everyday. I have cleaned my coffee maker and maintained it perfectly. I bought my kids each one, they all broke, mine was the last of the bunch and I've only had it 3 years, and now it is broken.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value, Third One To Break, Noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

3 units broken and replaced under warranty within 2 weeks of running them. thank goodness keurig honors thier warranty
