I absolutely love this machine. It brews wonderful coffee very quickly and is very easy to use. Love the variety of coffee you can get for this machine too.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Wonderful, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Wow ... I've had my Special Edition for over 2 years. Use it everyday. Not the greatest cup of coffee in the world, but I think that's more about the coffee, not the machine. Can't beat the convenience. Anyway, I recently starting having the "partial cup" problems. I followed the videos on Keurig website for descaling and needle cleaning. No luck. So, I called Customer Support (on a Friday afternoon). I only waited about 15 seconds before I was talking to a very courteous rep. I told her what I had done to try to fix the problem, and she said "OK, then I'll send you a new replacement machine with a full warranty." I'm blown away. I sure wasn't expecting that. I just thought I'd call before I went shopping for a new one. Boom ... that was it. I was off the phone in 5 minutes, and my new machine is on the way. Amazing. Seriously, who does this these days?

3 year life expectancy

Have loved this brewer for 2 yrs and 8 months. Don't know of anyone who has had one last 3 years so be prepared to replace every 2-3 years.
Pros: Easy to use, Convenience, Fast, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Noisy, Fragile

My husband and I drink 1 or 2 cups of coffee everyday,it doesn't get any better than this.We love how fast we can enjoy our first cup of the day. Thanks Keurig.

I should have gone with the Platinum

The cup sizes didn't seem to quite add up to, umm the cup sizes. The special edition is very noisy. I guess I just expected something diff being that it was labeled "special edition". I also find the coffee is weak unless on the smallest cup size setting. I am returning it for the Platinum. I should have just spent the extra money and got what I originally researched, the platinum.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy, Limited Cup Sizes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hardest issue I have is finding a place to store the Kcups...limited counter/cupboard space.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Fast, Multiple Settings

Makes a good cup of coffee

After several years we have settled on a satisfying brand of K-Cup (we tried many). My wife and I have 4-6 cups each per day, so the cost of our caffeine fix is real. This machine has worked perfectly since we purchased it. Today it stopped working...minor panic, numerous runs of vinegar and a telephone call to Keurig..it is once again working perfect. Should I have de-scaled it sooner? Of course...Having been through numerous Espresso, drip and press coffee makers, we have settled on Keurig's K-cup maker. I recommend them to anyone who enjoys a good cup of coffee.
Pros: Durable, Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings
Cons: Noisy

I use my Keurig almost everyday and I have had it for about a year and a half. I was worried that it was going to fail me just before the first year ended because it started loud groaning noises, well I have since gotten used to those noises and it is still brewing great coffee to my specifications. If this one dies on me I will surely buy another.
