Wife loves it as she likes one cup not a complete pot of coffee or whatever she chooses. Loves the fact that you can have many varieties of flavors. I love the idea and the selections but for me it seems like everything has a plastic taste to them, coffee, tea, flavored coffee, hot chocolate doesn't seem to matter they all have a plastic taste (kind of like drinking from a garden hose) not quite that bad. The wife does not taste it so maybe its just me.
Pros: Fast, Durable, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Noisy
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works When It Wants To

First I love my Keurig when it works, like the flavored coffees available, love not wasting coffee from a pot, AND LOVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. That being said, the problem is like the machine has a mind of it's own. My first machine lasted just over ten months. It began making a terrible loud noise and would brew intermediately with the amount of water it wanted to put out and sometimes no water. My machine was under Warranty and CS sent me a new unit which I have had three days. Today this machine also would not dispense the correct amount of water. I use bottled water so the water is not the problem. To test this unit I ran four cups of water on the three settings. I got 4 oz, 6 oz, 8 oz, and almost 10 oz. The 8 oz and 10 oz were from the large cup option. I will be calling CS again. If buying expect problems and great coffee when working properly. My recommendation is based on their great Customer Service
Pros: Stylish, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy, Intermediate Cup Sizes, Pricey / Poor Value, Limited Cup Sizes

2 year review update

I've had my brewer now for about 2 years with little problems to report. When I went into the purchase I realized that based on other reviews and reported problems I might have to devote a little more energy to getting the perfect cup. Over time we learned that distilled water was the best fuel to feed it and a quarterly needle clean was in order. Once you understand how to run the machine it will last as long as you take care of it. We run distilled water about 90% of the time and sometimes spill over to the fridge filtered water to get buy until our next grocery trip. The distilled water seems to heat faster, run cleaner, and never cause scale build-up like other coffee makers (we have very hard water). The only problems I have had with the brewer are the occasional slow fill, which is a dead give away that the needles are likely stopped up from soemeone leaving a k-cup in too long and having it dry out some, and the half fill which indicated some air in the pump system. Both of these issues are very easy to fix. A toothpick broken in half will allow you to reach all of the 3 needle water openings easily, a poke or two and your done. Likewise turning the unit upside down after removing the tank and tapping it a few times will rid your half fill issues, then check for debris on the screen in the tank. Those that say their coffee is too watery aren't purchasing the correct blends. Just because you load your automatic drip maker with 10 scoops of storebought coffee and you like it, don't expect the k-cup to have that same 10 scoop ratio. There are plenty of thicker stronger blends on the market. I prefer Barista Prima when I want a delicious heavier blend. Anyway, all is well, and we are about to buy several more of these for gifts this year, especially after our good luck. We brew 2-3 cups a day, everyday between my wife and myself. Cheers !

All one shot style coffee makers don't produce great coffee because they don't have hot enough water and the coffee is filtered thru plastic.
Pros: Fast Easy Clean Up
Cons: Not hot enough, Does Not Produce Good Cof
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Weak Coffee

I just purchased the K65 special edition to replace a similar Keurig that I had for 5 years. I have used this brewer for a few days now and it makes a very weak cup of coffee. There is no comparison to my old Keurig. I am extremely disappointed. I don't know if it is a defect in the specific brewer that I purchased or they are all like this now. I will be returning it, and I am not too sure I will be purchasing another one.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Lousy Coffee

we bought this brewer 4 yrs ago and even packed it when we went up to the cabin for the weekends. the brewer worked flawlessly with multiple users and varieties of coffee and other beverages tea, hot cocoa etc.. it is noisy compared to friends that have different models? im guessing they are better then when we bought it. and i wish we could adjust the brew temps higher my mother in law complaints that the tea is not "nuclear hot" so we pop her beverage into the nuker for another minute so you need gloves to handle the cup. i would de scale once a yr and unclog th needles when grounds would get in the exit needles recent issue is that the gasket on the entrance needle disappeared ... of course nobody in the house admitted is was missing until i used it and we had coffee spraying everywhere. so somebody in the house either lost it, tossed it (stuck on a k cup) or drank it... i will see if they have these little gaskets? if not maybe i will rig something up after hitting the big box stores and glue something in place.. other than this recent failure this brewer works well
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, Noisy, Limited Brew Temp

I use this machine 5 times a day. Never have had a problem with it. My only problem is the coffee is just not hot enough for me. Otherwise, perfect for every day use.
