Overall great, noise needs improvement

Use it once or twice most days. Quick to reheat between cups (good for parties); a little slower for first cup. good coffee variety, but k-cups expire too quickly to get good bulk discounts. water refill pump sounds like an air compressor and wakes up the rest of the house in the morning, although i've heard some people have quiet ones, both older and newer than mine (got mine 8mo ago, maybe they changed it since). hot chocolate cups sometimes clog the exit needle, but anything with a filter inside (coffee, tea) works and tastes great. blue lights are a great accent.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish
Cons: Noisy

Spotty Performance - Not impressed

I fill the water resevoir, turn the machine on, wait for it to be ready, insert K-Cup, and select brew size and coffee does not come out. Not reliable at all!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Not Reliable

The Absolute Best Coffee Pot

No muss, no fuss. I am a Keurig lover. I love, love, love this product. It is so easy, no clean up. The coffee is as good as a gourmet restaurants coffee, or even the best coffee house you have been to. I highly recommend this product. You can't possibly go wrong with it. You can get any kind of coffee you like. And if your confused about what to order there is a help line and you tell them how you like your coffee. Now I drink Nantucket blend.

I like the idea that you can make one cup of regular, the next cup decaf, the next hot cocoa, etc.
Pros: Durable, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Splatters when brewing, HARD TO CLEAN

I have this unit at home and it is ready to go when I get up in the morning. I actually look forward to brewing my first perfect cup of coffee to start my day. I have the compact unit in my office and enjoy great coffee all day. The manager has purchased his own box of K-cups so he won't feel guilty making a cup for himself. Ya gotta have one!

I love my machine. The only reason I said it was a little too pricey is... I transport mine to work (to share with my co-workers; they love it, too)during the weekdays & bring it home on the weekends. I want to get one for work, the model under this one, but I just don't have $100 laying around. All in all, I love my Keurig.

Cons: Just a bit too pricey, Grounds In Coffee

Good but SO LOUD

I've had my Keurig brewer for many years and we love it. We only use the biggest setting since this pretty much fills a regular size mug with room for cream. The 6oz and 8oz are worthless unless you want a stronger, half mug of coffee. I don't know anyone who drinks out of a 6oz teacup. It's very noisy and has vibrated a few mugs off the stand.Despite all this, we use it EVERY day and all our friends and family have since bought it too. Our regular coffee maker is up on shelf getting dusty. We only use it when we have many people over.[...].

My Keurig is just fabulous! I'm shocked and elated that I love it so much. Each cup of coffee is perfect, fresh, hot. My favorite k-cup is Newman's organic extra bold, it's easy to find locally. I drink black coffee only (every single day) and the flavor is excellent. Trying to get my sister to try Keurig, so I can share the great find. I hope she loves it as much as I.
