Love this coffee brewer

We've had this brewer for 3 years. Just ordered the B70 to replace it, even though it still works. We use it for about 8 cups of coffee a day and usually 1 or 2 of tea. It has gotten noisier, and the pump sometimes doesn't work, but it is still usable. Amazing for a coffee maker. We used to buy new drip models every 6 months! Love the variety of K-cups available. We'll probably pass this one on to a relative.
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Durable
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Noisy

Fantastic!

I love this product! I don't drink coffee but my wife does. The fact is I love other drinks such as hot chocolate, cider and teas. This machine does it all. A major selling point was the option to purchase a reusable "Cup" which allows me to use my own brands of coffee, etc. I also love the fact the unit dispenses hot water only if you desire. Fast! Yes. I was shopping at a retailer the other day. Others were browsing the product while I was searching for some tea pods. I was asked how I liked the unit by a person who was interested in purchasing one. I was so excited in describing how I loved the product and its' features. By the time I was finished with my positive description of the unit 3 customers lined up behind me to purchase the unit and extras. Wow! I'm in the wrong business!
Pros: Reusable cup option, Durable, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish
Cons: none

Hit or Miss...Buyer Beware

We bought model B66 which has the same features as this model. After about 15 cups of coffee over a 2 week period the unit began to lock up in the "not ready" model after 1-2 cups on a single use. It has done it now for three straight uses. I have been able to "reset" it by unplugging it or turning it on and off. I checked some different web sites and this appears to be a manufacturing flaw involving more than just my model. Too bad, this product looked promising. I am afraid to exchange it for another, but probably will at least once...maybe I just got one from a "bad" batch made over in [...]
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Inconsistent Operation
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

BEST PURCHASE EVER MADE

We love a good, rich cup of coffee from grinding our own gourmet beans. We hesitated for a long time trying this machine, because we doubted it could deliver the richness in flavor. We could not have been more wrong: one cup and we were hooked. We purchased it a year ago for our vacation home, the next day we went back and bought three more -- for our residence and Christmas gifts. We both enjoy various varieties of cofee and tea and could not be happier.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Durable

We've owned 2 Tassimo units by Braun, and while we loved their versatility, they were unreliable. Lattes, espresso and capuccino were great, but in all other respects Keurig has it all over that other machine. Our Keurig is much faster, MUCH quieter, and far more reliable. We'll just add our own cream, but I had to dock them one star for it. ;-)

Cons: No latte

Great product with no problems

I remember the first time seeing this coffee maker at my mother's house; believing it was another 'flash in the pan' gadget that would go away in a couple years. To my amazement, not only does it make good coffee, but people are starting to realize the benefits of owning a Keurig. I'm a casual coffee drinker, but know people that drink far more and I. However, they LOVE it. I like, most of all, choices of coffee and ease of its use. Anything from tea to coffee and hot chocolate is available. I recommend it to anyone and have had people buy them; never regretting it.
