internal water tank cannot be emptied

You cannot empty the internal water tank. If you store this in freezing conditions, the internal tank can freeze preventing use and I suspect cause damage. The commercial grade unit will allow the internal water tank to be emptied, obviating the problem.

Cons: Beware of freezing weathe

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Hooked on K-cups

I have used this machine at least once daily since October. I find this machine is very consistant in brewing a cup of coffee.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Durable, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Noisy

We were wasting a lot of coffee trying to accomodate our varying work schedules. Now, we can make it just when we need it. No more stale, cold, or microwaved coffee! We bought the optional "my K-Cup" accessory to save money by using our own coffee instead of buying the pods.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish

It's the only way to go if you like coffee! I always get the sample packs and try different kinds.

I LOVE THIS BREWING SYSTEM....MY HUSBAND EVEN ENJOYS USING IT..... IT DOES HAVE A TENDENCY TO BE NOISEY, BUT YOU OVERCOME THAT. I LOOK FORWARD TO MANY YEARS WITH THIS AND PLAN ON BUYING A LARGER ADDITION TO USE IN MY DINING ROOM FOR HOLIDAY GATHERINGS AND BIRTHDAYS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO TRY IT....

Other than the machine being noisy an the fact that the K Kups are expensive (18 for [$] here in PA) I love the machine and coffee varieties

I have my Keurig for 3 years and I love it. I have enjoyed every cup of coffee. I have a little problem 2 months ago and I called the company. They sent a little part I need to correct the issue and my Keurig is like new again. When the time comes that I have to replace it, I will buy another one just like it. LOVE IT!!!!!

Love the Keurig Idea, but...

I love my Keurig Special Addition, but it is soooo noisey that I'm thinking of replacing it. The noise started about a month after purchase and it comes from a very strong vibration. [...]The cup tray actually vibrates off of the coffee maker because of the problem. I am told that the next model up has a quieter mechanism. Gotta have my Keurig, so I'll probably move up. It's a shame though.
