Very nice brewer for a reasonable price. But needs a travel mug brewing option, to accommodate the removable drip pan for travel mugs.
Pros: Fast, Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

I received this brewer as a gift. I already own a 12 cup coffee maker and an espresso machine so I didn't think I would use it. I do use it as does my non coffee drinkers in the family. This has been a great addition to my kitchen.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

very aggravating new feature

Just replaced an older Keurig that had died after a couple years. The new one, with its "bigger reservoir" will display "Ready to Brew" (blue light solid, not blinking. you put in a K-cup and select the size and walk away to do something else and come back and it has drawn down to the "Add Water" level, blue light blinking and you have to add water before it makes the coffee. If it's ready to brew, it's ready to brew. This is a total pain. why make this a new feature? It's not like the reservoir is empty. way to make a product worse!
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fast shipping! Good coffee!!

Wow, we're impressed with the fast shipping on this coffee maker. Ordered on Wed. and it arrived on Thur, free shipping. That's fast! This machine was very easy to set up and seems to heat faster than our original machine. It came with a water filter and a sample variety pack of K-Cups. I will have to get back to you on the durability factor, but if it holds up as well as our first one, we'll be happy. Our first Keurig is the original, plain Jane, but is still running after over 3 years of hard service. We decided to order a new one because the original is beginning to act up at times and we didn't want to be without one if it quit working. Between my husband and I, we drink an average of 10 cups a day, with guests, that number grows. We even pack our coffeemaker and take it to the beach with us every summer on vacation. Because everyone loves the variety of coffees and ease of use, it gets a good workout during vacation with frequent guests in and out all day. Here's hoping this fancier model holds up as well as its younger, simpler version has.
Pros: Very Easy To Set Up, Durable, Fast, Easy to use, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings

Not durable

It lasted for 2 years then just stopped working. If you don't leave it on all the time you risk it breaking after the warranty period, then you are out of luck. Having to buy a new one every two years is poor workmanship.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really do love it

I love this brewer. Between the variety of coffees and teas I can have at anytime and how quickly it brews, it is a wonderful invention. However, after having it for 2 months I started to get a message that said Prime. I went to manual and followed all steps. It worked again. Until about a week later when it said Prime again. That is when I called customer service. Customer service was wonderful however. The rep told me that my model was defective and within 4 days I had a new one. They had me run a test (no big deal) and decided it was defective) Keurig does stand by their warranty. I was a bit concerned that it would happen again and it did! So I called customer service again and they replaced it again with no problem. I am on my third one and it is now doing the same thing so I just unplug it and plug it in again and the prime goes away. It is a pain to do but I don't want to call them again. I wish they would sell the plastic little basket inside that you put the K-cup in because when I was cleaning it a piece of it broke when trying to snap it back in place. I don't see where they sell that as an accessory. All in all I really like it and hope Keurig can figure out why it keeps going to prime. I am a master now at cleaning it!.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Fast, Multiple Settings
