The One Stop Watering Machine!

I got an amazing deal on this machine at [...]. It was easy to set up and prime. My first cup of coffee out of it was amazing. I use tap water for this machine, however for my Black Mini Personal Brewer, only use bottled water. This machine has a optional carbon filter that keeps your water tasting more pure. It is a bit of a pain to change every 2 months, but worth the extra cost if your water has a funny taste. I have had absolutely no issues with this machine, unless you consider no being able to pick which type of coffee you want to try first thing in the morning!! It's sleek looking. Has a nice blue glow that is an added bonus of a night light in the kitchen. Aprox. 4 people use this machine each and everyday. We brew 10 - 15 K-cups a day in our household and we have had no problems with it. I recommend this machine if you want to treat your family to a nice Christmas or as a college student going away. I have bought and given away 4 so far for wedding presents and for birthdays. They are a good gift to give. I also use mine as an instant hot water machine for when a recipe calls for hot water. Be it for Hamburger helper or to make bread with, it's nice to have instant hot water at the lift of the handle. No waiting for the tap to get hot.

We saw this device at my Father's house last Christmas and have wanted one since. We just purchased the Speical Edition and are in love! The versatiliy and stylish footprint are impressive. Our guests enjoy the flexibility of brewing their choice at any time.

nice but makes allot of noise

for he money I spent on this unit, i expect a quiet pump. you have to buy the hire priced platinum model to get a quiet pump. Makes way to much noise when pump is engaged. Wish i had spent the extra money and got the quiet version. nice design and makes a good cup of coffee. Very efficient and works well.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Gets a Sunday morning workout!

We have one of these machines in our church kitchen and the congregation really looks forward to morning coffee (or tea, or hot chocolate). Many members are looking forward to getting their own Keurig machine, and it has proven itself up to the task of handling a lot of cups in a row.

This brewer after a while begans to brew the wrong cup size. I press the 10oz, and it brews a small cup size. That makes me unhappy. There is no information in the book or on the web how to fix this problem directly.
Pros: This brewer is nice
Cons: Complicated

I love this maker and the ease to use it. I've had it over a year and it gets a serious workout. Between coffee, tea, hot cocoa and hot water for oatmeal, I have gotten my money out of it. Unfortunately, I dropped the water reserve and it cracked. I contacted the company and was informed that they do not sell replacement parts. I still use it, I just have to be really carefully not to fill past the crack. I LOVE this brewer but it's really lame that they can't help me out.
