Don't waste your money

Three days after buying this a PRIME error message popped up and I was unable to get it to go away or make coffee. I spoke with Tech Support, who wanted to refer me to web videos. I did my own search online and apparently this is a common problem with this model. Taking it back! I have owned two previous Keurig brewers and had no issues with those, but just wanted an upgrade. Stick with the two cup one IF you decide to get one. I would NOT recommend buying this one!

Best Customer Service!!

I began using a Keurig brewer 3 years ago as that was what was provided in my office. I loved it so much that I had to have one at home too. When the home unit stopped fuctioning properly, I called Keurig's customer service at which point they apologized (who does that anymore?) and promptly sent me a brand new replacement unit (which took all of 24 hours). Now should it have stopped working properly? Probably not, it was only 15 months old and I am the only coffee drinker in the house. I see a number of complaints on here about service and quality, and all I can say is that Keurig has the best customer service of any company I have dealt with in my lifetime. Amazing! I will never own any other coffee maker. And like so many others, I am not sure how I ever lived without it.

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

I love my Keurig Brewer!

I use this brewer multiple times everyday. It has worked well so far but I have only had it a week but we drink a lot of coffee. The only thing negative I have to say is that if you use your own coffee in stead of the K-Cups it is messy to clean the coffee filter. The K-Cups are more expensive if you drink a lot of coffee. Other than that we love it!

Trouble

We've had this product for 1 year but have had constant trouble. I have used all the trouble shooting tips and have kept it going because my husband loves it and because it was a gift from our daughter. I've applied my last bandaide but appears to have finally bit the dust.
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Complicated, Unreliable

I really like that I'm not limited to just one type of coffee anymore. It heats up quickly so we're never left waiting to get our morning coffee.

My husband & I have had our Kuerig for 15 months & just cleaned & descaled it as it seemed to have slowed down. I think that solved the problem. We use only filtered water. We both enjoy several cups each morning & so far so good although some of the reviews state the machine stopped working right around 15 months. I hope not. Dont want to have to buy a new one. I do agree with one of the reviews that if you use the re-usable filter to make your own coffee, it is messy & doesn't make a very strong cup of coffee.I only gave it 4 stars because it is a little noisy & when using the re-usable filter you can only make a small cup otherwise the coffee is too watered down. Other than that , it's a great machine.

"So much to like, then............"

I have my 3rd unit being sent under warranty. Seems after 1 year the machine no longer has the ability to make accurate cup sizes. This is the same problem with the first 2 units I have owned. Let me say this, Keurig is the very best in honoring the warranty with prompt and courteous service.

Cons: Good For A Year Then Repl, Poor durability, Cup Size Accuracy
