I love how easy it is to just brew just one cup of coffee, but even the extra-bold k-cups with the smallest water settings aren't really strong enough. I would recommend this product just for the ease of use, and hopefully one of the coffee suppliers will come up with a dark roast that's even stronger than their deceptively titled "extra bold."

Cons: Weak coffee, Limited Cup Sizes

Prepare to purchase a new machine every

I am extremely disappointed. I just hung up with customer service and after explaining that my machine constantly gets clogged and is only good for brewing hot water because once a k cup is used it gets clogged and I spend every morning using a paperclip and running through the entire reservoir trying to fix it so that I can have ONE cup of coffee. I continued to explain to customer service that one time it was apparently so clogged that a drop of water came out into the cup and and some water came out the back. She immediately told me to unplug it and throw it out because it leaks, I continued to explain that it was a one time occurrence and the water came out the back because it had no where else to go but once I cleaned it again it stopped. So, I have had this machine for two years and I am told the warranty is up. My only option is to throw the machine out and for the discounted price of $97 I can get another machine so that in two years the same thing will happen again. Really? This is the only option given to me, throw it away and purchase another? I understand this happens quite often as I speak to different people. I will continue to spread the word to stay away from Keurig. So very frustrated and disappointed. Who buys any kind of appliance that has to be replaced every two years?!?!
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Poor Customer Service, Faulty, Frustrating

LOVE MY KEURIG!!!!

I love my Keurig. I have had mine for nearly 2 years and use it to make coffee, hot tea, iced tea, vita burst water, hot coco, and hot apple cider. I have never had any problems with it and use it everyday about 5 times a day. No problems except when I left it on for too many days in a row so I would recommend to turn it off by the end of the day. When you turn it on for the first time in the morning or when ever it can take a few min to be ready to brew but if you keep it on throughout the day then it take seconds for a new drink. I think it's easy to clean and the noise of it is not bad at all and does not last but a few seconds.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast, Easy to use, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable

We love our Keurig coffee maker - it is actually our third one. Also the people at Keurig have been so nice and accommodating when ever there has been a question or any problem.

Too much whiz and not enough bang

I do not recommend this product. For Christmas one year I purchased this brewer for myself and one each for my two sons. This brewer is way over priced for the quality you receive. I have never been so disappointed with a product in my whole entire life. The performance is short lived. Once the brewer requests to be de-scaled it becomes inadequate. You will need to perform maintenance continually without receiving any improvement. The pump develops very little pressure and the water backs up and flows everywhere but in your cup. You are lucky if this brewer lasts a year. Oh yes, I forget to say my two sons have experienced the same lame performance with this brewer. What a waist of money!
Cons: Fragile, Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value, Limited Cup Sizes, HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Extreemly easy to use. Great with k-cups, buy the cup replacement and use your own coffee. I use a nice coffee from Northern California that I just couldn't miss if I HAD to use k-cups. This machine is a good idea, and a smart purchase.

This Machine is Built like a Tank

This machine is used multiple times daily without a glich. Must use bottled water to obtain coffee quality.It is 2 years old now with no trouble. Hats Off to Keurig for this product!!!!!!
