Only for the one cup person.

I like the fact that my coffee is ready with in seconds. However, it is only good for one small cup, unless you use the really strong coffee pods, I use a regular size cup or so I thought, but coffee came out tasting like warm water. So I went to the next cup selection, it was better, but not great. I really wish I could use my travel mug and have a good cup of coffee. Bad choice of coffee maker for me.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Stylish
Cons: Weak coffee, Cup Size Very Limited, No travel mug size, Limited Cup Sizes

My Wife got me this brewer for Christmas and I love it Love the ease of use and have a cup of freshly brewed coffee when ever i want
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast, Easy to use

Excellent value and features

My schedule varies day to day and this machine quickly brews a beverage to get me going or help me relax. The convenience is well worth the cost.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Multiple Settings

Pump seems to be a problem with Keurig

This is our 4th Keurig. The first one the pump went out ~ we discarded the brewer & bought another one. The second brewer quit within the first year (and yes I did all the preventive maintance), again we discarded and bought a new one. The third one quit and you replaced. In less than a year the third brewer quit pumping and you are in the process of sending another but I will be without a brewer for 10 days or more. I will use the new brewer for personal use only~ not dependable. When we have guests we need a coffee maker that we can depend on~will get out my old fashioned coffee pot for those occasions and will not recommend the Keurig. (Our guests have figured out for themselves Keurig is not the coffee system to buy) so, basically, your product is speaking for itself. Not good ~ sorry.
Pros: Convenient When Working
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Pump Not Dependable, Noisy

My mother in law got my hooked on the Keurig. I only drink one cup a day, I was wasting so much coffee with my 12 coffee maker. This machine is easy to use and there are tons of chooses if you like Coffee or Tea or even Hot chocolate. I would recommend this machine to my friends and family!

It is the finest coffee maker that I have ever owned. However when you purchase coffee from Keurig beware. The free shipping service is poor. 7 days Fed-Ex from GA. to MI. I would probably not order from Keurig again.

They have CHEAPED UP this brewer

I have been using a Keurig for years. My 1st brewer got taken out by a lightning zap and I replaced it because I loved it. The 2nd brewer lasted a little over 2 years and then just wouldn't power on one day. Obviously my brewer was out of the 1-yr warranty period, but I was pleased that Keurig offered me a discount to purchase another brewer. So I'm on my 3rd brewer and I was excited when it arrived. Let's just say, I haven't been pleased with what I received. The unit, although it looks very similar, is not even near the quality of the prior 2 machines. They have cheapened these units! And the way it heats and pumps the water sounds like a rocket ready to take off. It takes longer to brew a cup and water spurts. The water reservoir, for unknown reason, gets steamed up as the water level drops. The "add water" light doesn't come on UNTIL the button to brew is pressed (prior units would indicate the water needed to be added right after a cup was brewed). The K-cup holder is super hard to take in & put back in (almost afraid I'm going to crack the thing trying to get it in/out to clean). My first two were marvelous & I was a big advocate of the Keurig. I love the convenience of having the ability to make a single cup and take it to go. Let me say that I am more than displeased with what I received. VERY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Keurig: you need to go back to the better quality machines that you used to make.
