Love this!!

What a GREAT gift this was to have received! It also came with the reusable filter. I LOVE the idea that I can choose to use my own fresh ground coffee or loose tea or pop in a K-Cup. My husband doesn't drink flavored coffees or teas and I enjoy them occasionally-this solves that problem totally!
Pros: Easy to use, No wasted coffee, Multiple Settings, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish

POOR QUALITY

This is my 3rd brewer in less than 1 year! Works great in beginning, but 6-7 months later, it only brews 1/2 cup, or pump doesn't work at all. I don't know if it's the special edition only that has issues or not. But not happy with this product. Also, I only use Poland Spring water, and maintain it per instructions.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Breaks Down, Noisy, Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Expensive and worthless

I'm on my second brewer in 2 weeks and WILL NOT buy another one by Keurig! Both brewers did the same thing...states that it's brewing and fails to brew. Water reservoir was full, k-cup in place, states ready to brew, states brewing, and nothing happens. I even used filtered water! The K-cups are expensive and end up wasted when the brewer fails to work! Very unhappy with the product...so expensive and not reliable!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

On my third machine but stilll LOVE IT!

Got my first Keuring as a gift and after about 8 months the machine started to leak water all over the counter. When I called the customer service line they were wonderful! They tried to help every step of the way. Sent me my replacement machine, as mine was still under warranty, and THAT machine was defective! Called the helpline again and once again they were fabulous - apologized and sent me a third machine. That one is only a day old and is making wonderful cofee again. I don't have any concerns if there should be a problem with it however, the call center is great! I absolutely love my coffee and so does my husband. I am thrilled that my Kroger store is selling Keuring cups as well. Our favorite is Donut House, especially the travel mug size K-cups.

Great brewer

We just replaced our Platnium unit with this model, and we like it much better already. Keurig has moved the on/off switch, brew sizes and menu all to the front of the unit, so it's easy and convenient to use. The pump is much quieter and smoother. Great brewer so far!

I absolutely love this thing! We had another brand prior to this...there were several things I didn't like about it... (limited cup sizes, messy pods, small water reservoir that leaked, coffee was not served hot enough)...all of which are NOT an issue with this Keurig. We received this as a Christmas gift from my parents; but my mother did let me choose the gift and I'm so glad I chose this Keurig! One additional thing I've loved about the Keurig...I can leave it on 24/7 and it's ready to serve a cup without having to warm up when I need it.
Pros: Stays ready to serve 247, Cups are NOT messy, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish

One Of The Best

The set up and use is easy. I had a cup of coffee 10 minutes after taking it out of the box. Although Keurig has some loud models (of which I had), this is not one of them. I do not understand the complaints about noise, they do not get any quieter than this model. I have compared other makes and models features and for what this has I think it is worth the money. The only negative I have is that (as another reviewer said) each cup size needs to put about another ounce into the cup. Other than that it's great.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

A great coffee maker for home

My wife used to make a pot of coffee in the morning an hour before I got up. By that time the coffee was bitter and far from the fresh cup an hour earlier. My wife and I do not drink our coffee that quickly, so making a full pot on the weekend was a waste as well. With a single cup maker every cup is fresh. This is our first single cup maker and I can not imagine features that would make it that much better then this brewer. You can program this brewer to turn on and off at a specific time of the day. You can also program it to turn itself off a period of time after you turn it on. If you don't want to program it, turn it on and off as you want to use it with a single button. It heats up quickly and if you turn it off and then turn it back on 20 minutes later, it heats up almost immediately. This has been a great addition to our kitchen.
Pros: Always a fresh cup, Stylish, Easy to use, No wasted coffee, Fun, Durable, Multiple Settings
