Quick & Quiet!

I received this today as a Christmas present. I have to say that brewing my first cup of coffee was super easy. It is a little bit confusing setting up the timer. In time I'll figure it all out. Right now I'm just so happy that I can now make one cup of coffee at a time.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish
Cons: Complicated

Great coffee but a bit noisy

I got this as a gift, and I've really enjoyed using it. I've never been a big coffee drinker, but I do look forward to my morning cup from this brewer. I normally prefer to add cream or milk to my coffee, but for some unknown reason, I don't need to when brewing from this machine. It's simple and easy to use. Coffee comes out nice and hot without scalding my mouth. My only complaint is that the pump is noisy (loud vibrating noise). It occurs for a second before brewing and then about 5 seconds afterward, but if you're an early riser, it may wake up any sleepers. It's not a deal breaker, but if you want quiet and are willing to spend the extra money, then go for the platinum edition (my dad has that one and you can barely hear it).
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Durable
Cons: Noisy

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Great...but....

I have used this product in my office now for two years and it has been great. However, for the past several months after refilling the tank it doesn't always register that the it is full. I have to move it around, take it out, and fiddle with the tank until it recognizes that there is water there. Overall, great product but minor technical difficulty.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Loosing a loyal customer!

My original Special Edition works great, love it! The Platinum I have in a 2nd home died after two years, cleaned it, pampered it, it never did work great. I purchased the Special Edition, it is now cheaply made, makes a ton of noise and the coffee is average at best. It seems Keurig is now making their units cheaper, they make the noise of a small generator and sadly the coffee is not good. I was always telling friends how great the Keurig is, no more. I am trying to remain loyal but my wife has moved on after loving the Keurig.
Cons: Average taste, Cheap Noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Office Pro better for same price

You can buy the Keurig Office Pro for the same price as the "Special". The office pro water tank can be emptied - a critical advantage if this unit is ever stored outside. The Office Pro is quieter and more ruggid. I do not get the pricing parity. I asked Keurig about this and got no satisfactory answer.

I Would Buy This Product Again!!!!

I love the fact that you can make individual coffee's, it is a little noisy but doesn't bother me. I would recommend it to anyone who asks, I like the fact as well you can make coffee, tea or hot chocolate without the mess and fuss.

Cons: Is noisy but don't mind

Love the diversity of making choices

Now, I am able to control the taste on every cup. 2 cups every day. It's simple to use and easy to maintain. Clear water reservoir blinks to let me know it's time for a refill. It does vibrate on the counter, but it won't keep me from my daily brews.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, No Pot to Clean, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Better Taste
