I love this thing!

I'm usually one that drinks a of coffee everday, sometimes 2. Before I would brew a pot and just reheat it for the next couple days, eww I know. My wife bought me a keurig and I have to say we all use it everday. I brew my cup of coffee, the kids hot chocolate or tea, the wife makes her some sweet tea, its been great! I've had it for about 3 weeks, can't think of anything I don't like about it. Such a great quick versatile device!
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Fast

For anyone who is picky about coffee, this is the brewer to get. Anyone who complains about this being noisy must have reviewed the product before Keurig changed to the quiet brew technology. To get a fresh, hot cup of coffee in less that a minute is outstanding. The strength of the coffee is not reflective of the brewer, but rather the choice of coffee. For those who complain about the coffee being too strong or too weak, pick a different coffee to satisfy your taste! I like the way I can set this brewer to come on about the time I wake up and turn off in the evening so it's always ready for when I want a cup, but does not waste energy during the nighttime hours. I've had the Keurig for years and it's the best brewer around. Believe me, I've tried quite a few.
Pros: Fast, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: A Bit Pricey Per Cup

Great for my first one!!

I adore my Keurig and cannot wait to get an upgrade (mainly for larger sizes.) I prefer coffee (hot or iced) while my fiance prefers iced tea. This makes it easy for both of us to have whatever we're in the mood for in a particular moment without wasting anything.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Fast
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Useful but not long lasting

We really like the ease of use and little cleanup, but the product starts leaking within a year of purchase. We make at least 12 - 15 cups a day so maybe the pump is just not tough enough to endure that much use.

Hoping against all hope

This was a gift from one coffee freak (me) to another (my father). My disappointment was my own fault. I had read that these brewers tend to fail amazingly just after the warrantee period expires. I bought it anyway because I hoped beyond all hope that I would be luckier than expected. Sure enough, almost one year to the day, the Special Edition purchased for my father's Christmas gift only last year (2011) failed to operate. Just simply wouldn't power up one day without any signs or symptoms of a problem. I'll be shopping for a quality press pot or resurrecting my 25 year old Farberware perculator which still operates like new! The company has not been helpful in rectifying the situation as of yet.

Cons: Broke Just After 1 Year

My Second Keurig

I am on my second Brewer they only last about 2 years. The first lasted the longest and now the second one is constantly needed primed and now it sometimes brews coffee or just sets in Brewing cycle doing nothing but making noise.If it decides to Brew you might get the right cup size and you may get an overflow.
Pros: Is Not Durable
Cons: Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
