Love it, love it, LOVE IT!!!

My husband is a long-haul truck driver and bought our first one to take with him. We tried it at home first and fell in love with it so much that went out and bought another one for home. It's so convenient. I love flavoured coffee and before I couldn't brew it in our home regular coffee maker because the flavour still "lingers". Now we both can have our favourites and enjoy. Best investment ever!!!
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast

Doesn't last, on second one

For the most part I did like this product when it worked and didn't require me to dump the cup of coffee and start over because of grounds in cup. Most annoying thing is it completely dies in 18 months and left me with a bunch of product that won't work in new models. So I had to decide to buy a known bad product to save my K-cups from the garbage...
Pros: Fast, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Grounds Get In Cup, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wouldn't trade it for anything else

I own two of the Elite systems. I have one at home and one at work. I absolutely love the ease of use and the cleanliness of the system. I have owned both systems for over a year and the only issues that I have had with it is the noise when the water is being drawn from the holding tank. I did have to look up how to descale the brewer once the light came on, but it was a simple process of running vinegar through the brewer. I bought the system while I was deployed and prior to the newer models coming out with more options and am currently looking into buying the Vue.
Pros: Fast, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy, Limited Cup Sizes

Good while it last

This product is great, however, I have had to replace two of them in one year. One was covered by warranty and the latest one I had to pay for at a discounted rate. Last chance.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Fragile

The only problem is that sometimes it doesnt puncture both sides of the cups so then it drips off the sides so just make sure it punctures both sides and you will be good. The coffee and other stuff is a little pricy for the amount you are getting but depending on what you get it is worth it.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish, Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

started leaking and about ruined counter

Overall, love it.after about a year and a half the unit started to not fill the cups correctly so we just started running the k cups double like a lot of people. Unfortunately we did not know that the unit was blasting the UN cupped water out the bottom and into the crack by our stove. Well, the unit finally blew itself up really good and came out the front as well. That is how we finally realized it was leaking. Bought another unit at Sam's today. Hope this one lasts a while before flooding the house. That being said, you can tell we still love the unit since we turned around and bought the thing again!

Wasn't Worth the money

We could never get rid of the plastic taste,even after doing all of the suggestions from the web. It just didn't put out the same product as regular; cheaper coffee maker does. We ultimately ended up taking the keurig coffee maker back for more enexpensive one.
Pros: Easy to use, Convient
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Bad Taste
