No mess No hassle best thing we bought!!

Plugged it in and the magic began..No mess with coffee or tea bags just a little cup. No coffee filters to throw away in the trash. It just makes since and saves me time and money.Easy as 1 ..2...3.Turned it on put in my water added my k-cup and my coffee cup and had instant satisfaction. No long lines or over priced coffee for me ever again.
Pros: Durable, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish

Had mine 5 months when "prime" appeared. Followed videos on-line and it didn't fix it. Called customer service and was sent a new one due to the old one being under warranty (YEAH!!!) Had replacement less than a month and what appears........"PRIME". Frustrated beyond your wildest imagination is a mild description.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: 2 Brewers Same Problem, HARD TO CLEAN

We have had 3 machines in less than 2 years! The first one began leaking within the first year and second one just stopped working. Keurig has been great with replacing the machines but I cannot imagine that they will continue to do so at this rate! I have to agree with others that the machines are not very durable. With that being said we love the coffee and not cleaning up coffee pots.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN, Limited Cup Sizes

My husband and I both enjoy the coffee. He makes a large cup and I make a large cup plus small cup by resetting the k-cup (using the same holes). I don't find the coffee any weaker by doing this ~ it's all about preference right? I've already requested one for my office.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Fast

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Love it when it works

My first unit only lasted 3 months,it stopped purging the cup at the end of the brew cycle.I was surprised when they sent me another. The new one is starting to act up after 9 months of use, but with a different issue. Now it has inconsistent cup sizes, but still works ok.
Pros: Great coffee, Wide Variety, Fast, Easy to use

My second brewer just died. It gets daily use, 1-2 cups(I am the only coffee drinker in the house) . Love the idea, very disappointed in the reality.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
