Best thing we bought in 2009, other than our Subaru Outback. I do not understand why a coffee maker should be quiet, whats wrong with these people? The coffee maker makes no more noise than our old standard Cuisinart drip. Awesome product, would like to see the cost of K cups go down though.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Durable, Stylish

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Great coffee maker

I use this every day to make hot chocolate (AND the hot chocolate k-cups only have 60 calories per cup!). It's perfect. The hot chocolate doesn't burn my tongue, and it's ready to drink right away. One of my friends thought it was too hot...so she just let it cool for a minute. The best things about it: variety of k-cups (including hot chocolate and teas), quickness in producing a cup, simplicity (no measuring, messing it up...its pretty much foolproof), easy to understand design. Things that could be improved: noise (although it's really not too noisy, just surprising the first few times), cup size (a bigger cup size would be great!), larger water reservoir It's really fabulous. It looks great in the kitchen, too!

Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

It cracks me up that people are saying it's noisey. Of course it makes noise it's an APPLIANCE!..Hello?? It's not like the coffee maker will wake up the entire household, it has a sofisticated pressurized pump that moves water from the holding tank to the heated water tank so it makes a bit of mild nosie for 15 secs. It's not like you are going to wake Grandma from the dead. Bottom line...A fantastic cup of coffee,ease of use, simple to use. Every Kitchen needs this APPLIANCE!!

Very easy to use. Get your coffee fast and it is fresh. I am addicted to my keruig, I am going to get one for my office.

I'm a casual coffee drinker, i don't need a whole pot but a single cup in the morning or after a good meal is perfect. This coffee maker is great to me because i don't have to worry about my house smelling of old coffee which i don't like. I'd recommend this product to anyone. Its great and worth it. I don't have any problems with noise but i suppose i got the Pro version and that is why. Great product.

I use my Keurig Special Edition every day in both the morning and afternoon. It is so simple to use a five year old could do it. As far as those who say it's noisy and give it less than five stars - it only takes about 20 seconds to brew a cup. How noisy can it be for that short a time? This is simply the best coffee maker I've ever owned.
