Not worth the price

My second machine broke in less than two years. First machine...just stopped after a few months..second machine started to brew only small cups on the medium cup setting. Then started to brew on its own, which was very dangerous so i had to always keep a cup underneath to catch the brew then the panel light went out and now it wont turn on at all. Again two machines in one year and with the continually increase cost of the KCUPS, not sure if I will be biting the bullet on a third machine.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Noisy, Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

POOR QUALITY!

This machine is great for the first few weeks. Then? The machine will want you to prime it. You'll follow all the steps the website has, think you're good to go, but you're not. Every couple of cups it'll want you to prime. And the good thing, is that Keurig will replace your machine. But I'm on my 3rd machine. I just want one that works. Faithfully. I'm really upset, and wish instead of having it replaced I could just take it somewhere to get it fixed. The convenience is awesome when it actually works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just got my Keurig, and I must say I am quite impressed. I read the reviews, so I knew this was the machine for me. I like that it will use K kups. I was suprised that the amount for the medium and small cup were so small, but I am used to a quite large cup of coffee. I brew one hot chocolate and one bold brew. I do hope that I don't have the issues that some have had. I am also hooping to buy one for my office at work. It is not nearly as loud as I thought it would be according to some reviews. I can use it without worry of waking up the house.
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Variety Of Kups, Stylish, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Kind Of Expensive

I've read a lot of negative reviews here, and thought I'd add my 'two cents' to maybe balance things out a bit. I've had my Keurig brewer for 11 months and so far it's worked perfectly. I like one real good cup of coffee in the morning, so when I did bother to make coffee at home, I'd end up throwing out the remainder of the pot. Usually I'd end up going out and paying a lot for a cup of coffee. Now I can make a very good cup of coffee with a minimum of hassle. The only downsides it has is the temperature could be hotter, and the brew strength could be stronger (which I'm aware are common complaints).
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Fast, Multiple Settings

I had this brewer for 18 months and it just died. We did not even use it for the first 6 months, now I brew about 2 cups a day. It brewed one cup and then it shut off and would not come back on- no lights- nothing. I called customer service. They told me this was my fault for not descaling every 3 months as instructed by the manual!?!?? I have descaled at least three times and does not say anything about the brewer completely shutting down if you don't- I am very frustrated. They did offer me another at a reduced rate but I am still deciding- this one did not last so I am not sure if I want another. Mostly I am frustrated at the attitude of the customer service rep. The bottom line- there is no repairing only replacing- which is surprising for the cost.
Pros: Large water tank, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Poor Customer Service, Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
