Had a problem with machine not working. Customer service sent out new machine right away with only few questions. All companies should operate this way. I would purchase again if necessary. Happy customer

I LUV my Keurig Special Edition

I am a person with multiple disability and have wanted a Keurig for some time. This is my first Keurig. It was easy to set up and use. I don't have to worry anymore about measuring, fear of being splattered by the tea kettle and perculator. The machine is quick and my beverage is hot. People talk about the noise of the machine but I don't find it to be that noisy. this should be a must have for people with disabilities to be able to make something to drink independently. I am back to making teas and starting to drink coffee and fixing these for myself more often thanks to Keurig. Keurig can we have a talking version of your brewer for those of use that have vision disabilities and other disabilites that would benifit from the voice output.

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

STOPS FUNCTIONING ON THE FIRST DAY

I am very sorry to offer this review since I really like the concept of the Keurig and the unit provided a great convenience the first year that I owned one. My previous model stopped working properly about a year ago (the electronics were broken) and finally this week it started leaking. I bought a new model at the store this week. It made two cups of coffee, but beginning with the third cup, it would not brew! Water was pumped into the K-Cup, but not forcefully enough to brew coffee into my mug. I am returning it to the store. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS and see that this is a flawed product. I've owned two - one broke within 12 months, the other within three cups of coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loving my Keurig!

I love my morning coffee, and I love cold coffee's and teas..This machine makes it so easy to fix one cup at a time. I am the only coffee person at my home, so this is perfect. Plus my husband loves it because he can have his hot chocolate on cold blustry winter days.

Clunked out 3 weeks short of a year

I used it several times a day, for coffee in the morning and tea at night. Loved it. Used pre filtered water through my fridge because I am on we'll water,but it slowed down, and finally wouldn't de scale. On the bright side, Keurig gave me no trouble at all and my replacement should be here tomorrow!

Cons: Well Water Slows It Down

We have two, one at home and one at our lake house. We love the convenience of making one cup at a time. Fresh every time! And such a variety of coffees, teas, cocoas, & cider. I've even bought one for my Mom. And recommended one to my Aunt. Also getting my daughter & her husband one for Christmas. They're not coffee drinkers, but big tea drinkers. They like the idea of having a variety of teas to choose from.
