I brew 2 - 3 cups every morning. When it works I love it but therein lies the problem. The first unit lasted about 3 months and was replaced by the retailer. Just over a year later, after the warranty had expired I began experiencing inconsistent cup problems. I purchased a new unit from Kuerig at a supposed discount and it began having Prime issues in about 3 months. A replacement was sent and now less than 3 months later the Prime issue has returned. Not a very satisfactory performance. Suggest you look at another model.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect for small store

It is great in our small convenience store. No more wasted, old coffee. Fresh brewed on the spot coffee is what makes this a perfect machine. The customers love the variety, ease and freshness. The LCD panel makes it easy to have all the settings right at your fingertips. We set the timer so it comes on at the same time we open and go off during the slower times.
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Multiple Settings

Great Coffee Every Time!!!

Even though for home use, once it went out of warrantee, I bought a new machine for home and took this one to the office about 6 months ago. Absolutely no issues with making 30 to 50 cups a day or more. Adding more each day as it becomes widely known in an office of 200. I just purchased the Premium Office Pro with my points for faster service. I keep it stocked with the office's favorite brand/flavor choices. Yes, I now have three of the best coffee makers around.
Pros: Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Beyond Expectations, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

I loved it while it worked. Won't even power on now after 18 months. Poor lifespan for the money.

Short Life Span

We have gone through 2 of these. The first was a gift that lasted less than a year, and luckily Keurig replaced it, but I think now they have shortened their warranty. After getting us hooked using it for 2 cups every weekday morning and 4 cups each weekend morning, it just stopped making full cups. Second brewer has lasted a little over a year, but now dead. On/Off does nothing, display panel does not even light up. We've gone back to using a regular brewer.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Short Life
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really Love my Special Edition Keurig...But I am having the same problem I see others have with the prime light coming on. The first one lasted about 6 months and the company kindly replaced it. That one has lasted 9 months and is doing the same thing! I have been diligent about cleaning my machine and taking extra care of it. I called the company yesterday and the lady walked me through the steps I had already done and said they would be sending me a new one! The lady was very kind and I appreciate the company standing behind the machine but I am a little leary of the next machine. Do I need to worry it will crash in the near future? I hope not I really do love it. I thought by spending a little more money on the product I would get what I paid for. I have $15 coffee maker at work that has out lasted two Keurigs.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Limited Cup Sizes
