had the first one or about 3 months, and it started shorting the cups. most of the water was being recycled back in to the holding tank... was only getting 1/2 a cup of coffee. i called keurig. suggested i descale. did that, no help. they sent me a new brewer. so far, it works perfect. no water is recycled back to the holding tank, i get my full cup of coffee every time. i have recommended this to friends!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use

Loved it right away, but would like it if the cup sizes were larger. Had some trouble with getting shorted on water but called Keurig and they have sent a replacement. No hassle!!! You always have a fresh cup of coffee, its quick and easy and no mare wasted coffee. I go to work at 5am and my husband doesnt get up until 7 am so we both get fresh coffee every day now.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish, Always Fresh, Durable

My sister got a Kuerig and then my Mom. When we went to Texas to visit my Mom, I used her coffee maker alot. Also, she had trouble with it not filling the cup, and the customer service people got her new coffee maker to her before our trip was up. Love this product Gayle

A God-send for the physically limited...

For those no longer able to lift a heavy pot of coffee, this system is perfect! The heaviest item I use in making coffee now is the bottled water. This coffee system is THE solution for those dealing with physical limitations...so easy to use, no heavy parts, a wide variety of K-cup coffees [...] and clean up is MINIMAL. All of this and a beautiful design to boot. This is the best gift I've received in 50 years!!

Does not last - Waste of Money!

I liked this machine when we got it. It worked for a few months. Then, the brews started to be of lesser volume each time. I noticed that the brewer was purging water back into the reservoir. Now, the machine is basically useless, unless you drink coffee from a thimble. I used bottled water, cleaned the machine, did the whole vinegar cleaning several times, etc - everything I was instructed to do. Do some web searching and you will find this is no isolated incidence. I do not care about servicing the machine. A [$] coffee maker should not have an extensive history of malfunctions within the first few months of ownership. BTW, mine is a Model B66. I would rather make coffee over a campfire than buy this unit again.
Cons: Stops working quickly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No more..ahem national chain coffee!

I was introduced to Keurig at a recording session. We took a break and the guy asks if we wanted coffee..he brought out this box of plastic cups (K cups). I tried the Butter Toffee and was sold! Great coffee and it took less than a minute! Came home and bought this machine. I've had it for about 3 months now and wouldn't take for it! It is programmable, so that it's on and heated up when I get up in the morning and shuts itself off, in case I forget on a busy morning! You'll quickly recoup the upfront cost of the machine if you are a ...national chain... consumer. Cost Per cup cost varies, but isn't over $1 per cup, MUCH cheaper than what I was spending at the local coffee shop! The flavors are nearly endless, plus you get a hot chocolate maker and tea maker all in one! I had considered the larger version, but I think when you get over the 10oz that this one makes, your coffee will start to taste weak/watery.

I have had this machine for 3 years now it has not given me a single problem thats is with about 8 cups a day brewed trough it between coffee tea and hot chocolate. I am not sure what others are having problems with but we clean ours on a regular basis with the descaling method and it always pumps and brews a perfect cup. Because of or I have had 6 family memebers buy one and none of them have had problems either

i tell so many people how much i love my keurig that they should be paying me commission. we have had ours for almost 2 years! never a single problem! i am even using my points to buy my dad one as a christmas gift.
