Love my Keurig!

I bought my keurig 6 years ago. We have just replaced it today with a new keurig platnium. I think we got our money worth in use of this machine. I love the convenience of making one cup of coffee with no mess and little effort. Yes, the coffee cost more but there is less waste. The new machine is much more quiet than the old machine. I am excited about our new machine and hope to get lots of use out of it. I think these machines are great! I have also called customer service when we bought our first machine, they are great. Very helpful and resolved the issue without any hassle.
Pros: Less Waste, Easy to use, Variety, Fast, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Coffee Cost More

It is the first thing we do every morning. We only like 1 cup of really good coffee each day. This system allows us to do that. When making coffee in a regular drip coffee pot we tend to drink the whole pot and it is no where near as good as the Keurig. It is easy to use and brews the coffee fast and at the right temperature.

Brewed for 3 Years

Received mine as a gift in 2009. As of this morning, water will not come out to the pod. I've always used filtered water. I'm now looking at all the new models. I made 2-3 cups per day since I received it. I've bought 1 of this model for each of my 2 offices and one for a friend. Never had any issues as others have described out of this model. I missed it this morning and will have a new Keurig K-Cup machine tomorrow.
Pros: Durable, Stylish, Easy to use, Fast

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

The only negative thing really is the grounds you get and the mess you get with the K-Cup.
Pros: A Fresh Cup Now, Easy to use, Fast, Easy, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish
Cons: K Cup Not So Good, HARD TO CLEAN

We Love our Keurig!

This is our second Keurig. The first lasted 3 years with daily use. We love it because: You can always brew the right # of cups. No wasted coffee to throw away. Every family member can have the kind he/she likes. Always available if someone drops in for coffee. Ready almost immediately.

I like this machine..it impresses my husband all the time. He thinks its fast and it is. I brew one cup as I need it....! Love that! So many flavors to choose frome! One day..I hope they make a soup broth...!

Disappointed

We are on our second brewer, disappointed in the problems with the constant "PRIME" issue. We have watched all the videos and how to clean the machine. All we use is Reverse Osmosis water so we know it has a constant supply of good clean water. I've tried everything to keep this machine running, but I think Keurig needs to work on the pump n order to have a more reliable machine. I would recommend this to a friend only because Keurig seems to replace a machine that does not work anymore.
