owned this maker for two years and the control unit would not make the size cup that you punched. became very noisy.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Noisy

I was all excited about getting my coffe pot, until I started making coffee with it. I think all the coffee is was too strong for the 9 oz cup, but I am sure its perfect for the 12 ozs. I bought several light flavors and still way too strong and bitter. Not sure if I am keeping this product, but I will be deciding in a couple of days.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Fast
Cons: Coffee is way too strong, Not enough cup sizes, Limited Cup Sizes

So easy my 7 & 8 year olds daughters use it easily!
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Stylish, Multiple Settings

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Purchased my first Keurig in 2009. Started leaking within a year. Customer service answer? It must be calcium deposits from my water. No amount of insistence on my part that I use filtered water from my refrigerator got through. Followed their descaling instructions to no avail, of course. They sent me a new kcup holder. Of course that wasn't the answer. Sent me a new reservoir. Solved the problem. Bought a new one with the "Quiet Brew" technology in Feb 2011. Put the old one in our camper. New one leaked and stopped working within 4 months. Customer service answer? Calcium deposits...see above as I repeated the whole process. Customer service needs a new script!!! I insisted on escalating this and getting a new brewer, which they finally agreed to do. Still working at this point. Old one in camper leaking again. Throwing it out! Final comment...ever decreasing supply of kcups available through Keurig. Complained about that and got a coupon for a free 5 pack. Couldn't find what I wanted as they were out of those too...
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Non biodegradeable pkg, Fragile, Noisy

I had this coffee pot for 3yrs now and love it I make anything from cold or hot and I am looking to buy another one very soon I never have any problem with it at all easy to clean and never a hassle and it was a great price when I bought it..
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Stylish, Durable
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, Noisy

Will I buy another Keurig?

I've had my Keurig 20 months to the day. The warranty expires at 12 months. my Issue started just after the first yr, where I select a full/large cup yet I'd get half and it was hit and miss from there. Currently, at 20 months, the unit will suddenly not power on. Thank god I didn't toss out the competitors brewer from 2005 which I paid the same price and it still going strong. You've lost a customer KEURIG!!!
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the convenience of my Keurig, and I save so much money by not buying Starbucks every day like I used to! In the summer, I especially enjoy the Iced hazelnut coffee, it is so good! My Keurig just stopped "turning on" after about 18 months, so I called, and am getting a new, better version for a very reasonable price. I am happy that they are so pleasant in customer service and willing to give you a good deal to purchase another product. I am lost without my morning coffee!

I was looking to replace my grinder/coffeemaker and ended up buying 2 machines and taking them both back. I had heard about Keurig but thought it would just be too much of a hassle to buy the K-cups all the time. After bringing two coffee makers back and now hearing such good things from friends about Keurig, I decided to buy one and I love it. I love a very strong bold coffee and my husband likes a lighter one. Before having this we would have to modify his by diluting it. Now we both get what we want. This actually saves us money because we don't waste any. One of the best things is that people will always know what to buy us for birthdays/Christmas! I love it and so does my husband.

Cons: Pricey For Big Drinkers
