Love this product...

I love this coffee machine and the Keurig product. I can make me one cup of coffee when I want it. I can get just a cup of hot water when I need it. This makes my life so much easier and it is very easy to set up. I wish that I could select two of the sizes at once to make a bigger cup of coffee or I wish the selections were automatically bigger. 6oz and 8 oz does nothing for me. However, if I could push the 6 and 10 at the same time to make a 16 oz?!?!? That would be amazing. That is the only thing that would make this product better.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Fast, Multiple Settings, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

I bought one of these in February, and I have to replace it under warranty 3 times since then, 1st time after 4 weeks of owning it wasn't filling the cup all the way just half way, 2nd after about the same time maybe an extra week, I would brew 1 cup then it wouldn't reset "stuck in brew mode" had to unplug brewer after 1 cup every time, 3rd time "which was just 2 days ago same thing, brew 1 cup BLAH BLAH..This time I asked the customer service rep and said why don't you want these machine's back and only & just the K-Cups??How does your R&D dept figure out the problems if you don't wont them back I asked??She said well we sell millions of these and your 3 wouldn't do anything she said, I was like ok now I know there is no Quality Control in that company.I told her I have lost total confidence in your product.She is sending another one "4th machine".Time will I guess to see what how long this piece of "JUNK" lasts..Then I get a call yesterday from someone there saying they want the machine back "surprise surprise"
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this Keurig machine! I like the variety of different flavors of coffee and teas. It's so simple to use. And I like that you brew only one cup at a time, being as I'm the only one that drinks coffee. (and usually only a cup or two, so now I'm not wasting any!)

i bougth this machine tru [@]never had a problem with any other item but with this particular item i'm so disappointed,the first year the coffe was pretty hot now i have to warm up my mug before i star using the machine,also i can never have a full cup of coffee,i paid good money for this machine and onestly it is not worth it .to all the people out there before you purchase a keurig machime think twice if its worth it thanks MLH \

Love the ease of use. Like having the indicator light to remind you to add water. Like having the ability to increase/decrease the water temp. There is nothing I don't love about this machine. It is mine and my husband's most prized toy! ;)

This is the best small appliance I've ever purchased! I love the fact that I can have a premium coffee, on demand, almost instantly. Since I discovered this product I've made the decision to keep every variety I can find in stores on hand (minus decaf) for anyone that happens to visit. This is such a great product and concept, I will be a customer for years! I love finding new k-cups and purchase anything new that I find. I also love the rewards from buying direct from Keurig.com... Great product, great concept, so many options. I love my Keurig!!!
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Coffe on demand, Fast, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: No 12 oz cup setting
