Lovin my new Keurig

No more measuring! In the morning my family can have any type they like,flavored, medium or dark, ice or hot love the options! Kcup coffee are a bit pricey for only getting 12 packs in a box
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Durable, Fresh cup fast, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Kcups are pricey

I am totally frustrated with these brewers and tired of talking to customer service. I guess they're tired of me too since they told me not to call back after they sent me a 3 unit. I had this one less than 1 month and it clogged up and I have to clean it every day. Some days I get a full cup, some days not. Every day though I'm assured it will drip all over the place as well as splash coffee all around it regardless what kind of cup I use. If I hadn't invested in 6 cases of coffee it would be under the tires on my truck. When the K-cup coffee is gone, it will be too!
Pros: Convenient when it works
Cons: Fragile, Hire a new Product Mgr, HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love mine but it stopped working after about a year.But i put a bottle of vinager in it and ran that through it and it works like the day i bought it.
Pros: Fast, Stylish, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Conveniant and fast, Durable, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Stop working after a year

First, I will say I love the coffee that the Keurig brewers put out. However, the machines just don't last. I'm the only user in our house, brewing about two cups a day. The first machine lasted a year and half. Here I am at a year and a half on machine two and it just died again. Needless to say my crummy back up machine (a regular old-school brewer is still working after 6 years) For what you pay for these things you should at least get 3 years out of them. There is a reason the warranty is a year. Sorry Keurig you let me down again.

I purchased this product about a year ago. We have several people in the office that drinks coffee all during the day. It is easy to use with no mess of coffee grounds and makes a cup in just a minute. I did have a problem with it (not turning on). I called customer service discribed the problem and they sending me out another new unit @ no charge. They understand the importance of good customer service. Thanks

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Excellent Customer Service

This Keurig simply stopped working after about 8 months. We used it to brew about 4-5 cups a day. We called to see about getting it serviced, and the rep said she would FedEx a new one! Wow. That is excellent customer service! I'm now a Keurig fan for life. I wish other companies would learn this lesson.
