I like that I can brew different cups of coffee for everybody according to their taste. That way everyone is happy. This machine is so easy to use and so convenient, no messes just toss the used k-cup in the garbage..done!
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings

Great Machine!

I never owned a coffee pot as I am not a coffee drinker except for Starbucks flavored coffees & teas. And on the occassion I have made coffee in the office I was asked not to do it again as it was so horrible! On Christmas morning my family came over and they wanted coffee and I did not have a coffee pot to make them coffee. So the next weekend I went to a local warehouse retailer and purchased this system and have had fun with it ever since! On the following Monday morning when I went back to work and invited my carpool friend in to try a cup of coffee that I made. She loved it so much we went to the same store on our lunchbreak and she bought one! I love the fact that it can make tea and hot cocoa since I'm not a coffee drinker and I can still make coffee that's DRINKABLE for my guests! Great for families too! No more $5 trips to Starbucks!

WOW! makes going to work a little bit nicer. easy to use. is a little noisy but not bad. just wish it let you "add" a little more when it is done -- when you have a travel mug the large doesnt quite put enough in there. but overall is great. my husband loves the thought of hot cocoa any time!

Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

I love my Keurig, and have become a more frequent coffee drinker because of it. However, it makes so much noise that I can hear it across my house. I would love it more if it was quiet. The description of the machine states "Quiet Brew Technology" and that is misleading and deceptive. If this is a quiet machine, then so is a jackhammer. I am also unhappy with the fact that when brewing, it splatters all over the place. It does make a great cup of coffee though.

Cons: Splatters as its brewing, Too noisy

I love this coffee maker. I have seen a few comments left by other saying theirs is noisy...I have no idea what they are complaining about. It make a little noise....very little...BIG DEAL! The coffee you get and the speed you get it in is unbelievable. I love it and yet to have any of my friends or family NOT love it.

A complete waste of money

Worst appliance, big or small, that I have ever owned. I believe that they must be pre-programmed to self destruct after ninety days or so. My first two quickly sprung substantial leaks, my third one got a short circuit and melted. My current one will not pump. All have lasted less than six and I was dumb enough to pay for two of the replacements out of pocket. Do not waste your money on this junk. You do, however, need a lower rating than one star. Perhaps negative stars, like black holes, for instance? Is anyone in the market for some UNused K-cups?

best xmas present ever

This is the best things that my parents could have gotten me for xmas this year....!! the coffee is great and its saves me alot of money every morning vice going to 7-11 on my way to work... my kids love it making their hot chocolate... i think ive convinced all of my friends to get one for their house...!!!

A whole new coffee experience

The coffee taste is much better than that produced by a regular drip coffee maker. It's also nice go be able to make just one cup and to change up the make and strength for different occasions, guests or times of the day.
