I am on my second Special Edition in two years. The first did not pour consistent cup sizes and then stopped pouring complete cups all together. Keurig sent me a replacement brewer and in less than a year, I began to experience the same problem. I've done all the recommended troubleshooting and still not getting complete cups. I'm fed up and ready to go with a different, more reliable brand. I shouldn't have to replace the brewer every year.
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this thing for every day! Folks in well water communities MUST use filtered water in this. Great coffee maker.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Noisy, Limited Cup Sizes

I am very frustrated, because this is the 3rd "special" coffee system I have bought in a 3 year period. This coffee system should last longer for the price. The one I have now is only about a year old. I have to have my coffee in the a.m. therefore I will have to find another brand. It started going slow, then only brewed partial cups. Cleaned it, now it brews even less, if it starts at all.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Taste convenience, Multiple Settings
Cons: Does not last long, Pricey / Poor Value, Quits after a years use, HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Teacher gift

I have a Keurig Mini at home, so I brought the idea to our PTA to buy this as a gift for our teachers. Our school is far away from any coffee shop and most teachers cannot stop to get coffee before coming to school. We presented them with this brewer a year ago and they absolutely love it! The school store buys bulk k-cup boxes for the teachers to purchase k-cups for just 50 cents each. I have recieved several comments from our teachers & staff saying they love being caffeineated before dealing with children all day! It boosts morale and just plain makes them happy!
Pros: Durable, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast

I have owned my Keurig For 2 1/2 years now, not one problem, & I use it multiple times everyday. I liked it so much I bought one for my parents & one for my daughter. My parents had a small problem, the water was leaking back into the reservoir, all it needed was a good cleaning. I have a Brtta water filter in my kitchen, I don't know if that helps or not. I love this little coffee angel & can't imagine not having one!

Very quiet

My previous Keurig lasted three years before having what I assume are pump issues. My new model with the "quiet brew technology" is remarkably quieter. I hope this one lasts longer. I average only four cups brewed per day.
Pros: Quiet, Fast, Easy to use

Love/Hate relationship

Love the B60, when it works it makes my coffee strong and quickly. I love the variety and convenience offered by the k-cup system. Hate the unreliability, went through approx 36 cups before the maker started having trouble with the pump system. It would sometimes make only partial cups, sometimes not fill from the reservoir for the next cup. After only two months, it now must be primed between every cup and even then those cups may be only partial. Keurig has been very accommodating in replacing the maker, but this is a very commonly reported issue which needs to be fixed at the production level.

Cons: Unreliable, Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy
