Good when it works!!!

Use the product for coffee in the mornings. Got up one morning and the maker would not power on. Did some investigating. Seems they have a water line that runs above the transfomer and if it develops a leak it shorts out the transformer. You think the engineering for a top of the line coffee maker would be better.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Multiple Settings
Cons: Fragile, Transformer shorts out, Reliabilty, Pricey / Poor Value, Possible Fire Hazard
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love Our Keurig

Before we got our keurig we had a tassimo and in 10 months had to return 10 faulty ones. a few friends had the keurig special edition and they said to try one. We bought a special edition on sale and it is the best coffee maker I have ever had. i bought the my k cup for it aswell. I would buy one all over again!!!! I like that it has 3 cup sizes, I like one size. Large. my wife likes medium. and we like that you can turn the temp down!!!! great job keruig!!!!!
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Fast, Great taste

Good while it lasted

This was a great unit at first. Worked great everyday. In about a year and a half it started to take forever to brew. Just sat there. Sometimes a tap on the top got it started. Did the descaling every 4 months and it looks like new. It also has developed a leak. The counter was starting to get wet under the unit. Finally have retired it. Too many problems. But I'll say it was the best thing I have ever used for brewing coffee when it did work properly. But can't justify [$] every 18 months for one.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this Kuerig for my husband who is a 3 cup a day coffee drinker. It is very clean and quick. No muss no fuss. Being able to have the variety and ability to change flavors with every cup is very appealing. We love it so much that we are ordering another, just like the one at home, for our RV.

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Have had my machine for quite a while now and it has never put the same amount of water in the cup every time. I still use it for my personal use daily as it has made me cut back on the amount of coffee I brew. I pull out the regular coffee maker when I have company so we don't have to wait for each cup to brew. It is very noisy and hard to clean. I would recommend this product for single person use.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile, Noisy

This unit lasted less than 2 years with only light usage. Cleaned during that time. Unit leaked. Leak was in a solenoid that was defective and I could not fix. Parts not available. They sold me a new unit at cost but by the time duties, frt, tax, no free coffee pack the cost was what sale prices are now.
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

We use our brewer everyday. When it works we LOVE it. Unfortunately, it is prone to glitches. Although we de-scale and clean the probes regularly we have given up on this model because it is frustrating. The LED display works randomly, buttons light up then the machine turns itself off, makes noise like it's brewing but doesn't. We've decided to get the model without the LED display & programming features hoping it will be less problematic.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy, Unreliable
