Poor quality and poorer customer service

This is a replacement brewer for my old Keurig that died at my office. This is my 3rd Keurig. This one lasted a little over a year then shortcupped and stopped. Customer service stated the brewer was out of warranty but they would give sell me a new one for $117...$60 off the price. The website shows this brewer for less than $140...a total rip off. For this price point I would expect the brewer to at least make 3-5 years
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Short lifespan, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Coffemaker I have ever owned!

Best ever Christmas gift from my son-in-law (Special Edition). Use it daily; coffee when getting ready for work; tea when I get home from work; iced coffee all day on my days off.
Pros: Super convenient, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast perfect cup, Perfect performance every, Fast, Easy to use, Energy saver, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Great coffee varieties, Many Decaf varieties

I drink coffee like water and this system is easy, fast and enjoyable! My wife hates making coffee in the mornings and therefore wouldn't drink it but now she drinks coffee and tea daily.
Pros: Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Fast, Stylish, Easy to use

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Purchased my B60 machine in October 2010 (use it everyday all day long) and never had a problem until now and it is leaking underneath when brewing a drink. Time to get a new one

I have used my brewer several times a day, every day, for just over five years now. I had heard other stories of people with brewers that shut off, didn't give full cups, etc. Mine has just started this, and I noticed the LCD only shows half of what it used to. This brewer has been a work horse for me; no problems whatsoever for five years until just now. I'm on here to purchase another one.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Durable
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Noisy

Finally Hot Coffee

Appears costly but there is no wasting of coffee. I buy expensive coffee and if no one drinks it I am throwing coffee out everyday. Every cup with Keurig counts.
Pros: No coffee pot residue, To each hisher own, Just water and coffee, No wasted coffee, No Mess, Fast
Cons: Appears costly
