LOVE it! LOVE THE COMPANY!

Got this for Christmas 2009. In March 2010 outta the blue started being loud, flashing "NOT READY" and would not brew. After an hour of trying to fix, called Keurig Customer Support and told them the prob and NO QUESTIONS ASKED, said, "We marked it as defective. Give us your name and address and your NEW brewer will be delivered in 3 to 10 days!!" I said, "Wait, I am happy to hold if you wanna try to help me fix THIS one!" They said NO, new machine on the way...Now THIS is the sign of a GREAT company! [...] I am a forever FAN!!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Defective but great, Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Only brewing small size...

This brewer seemed to work great for a few weeks, but now it brews only the small size more often than not. It is very frustrating. I recvd as a gift, so no options for me to return this thing either! Looking for an alternative. We'll see if Keurig makes this right, I am going to contact them directly.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Malfunctions often, Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Expensive mistake

I just bought a Special Edition at a local store one hour ago. I unpacked it and followed the "Getting started guide" to run a small cup of water through the machine with no coffee. Following this, I brewed my first cup with one of the included k-cups. I selected the medium cup setting and although the output was a little less than I expected, it was tasty. I removed the k-cup and closed the lid planning to run just water through the machine to measure the output, but the machine shut off by itself after chugging and displaying "Not Ready" in the display for several minutes. I turned the machine back on and again was greeted by the chugging noise and the "Not Ready" words in the display. Once again, after several minutes instead of "Ready to Brew" the machine just shut off. After unplugging and plugging the machine back in and trying a couple of more times without success, I called the Customer Service line. The guy who answered took all my information and had me go through the steps again while on the line, with the same results. After apologizing, the rep offered to send me a replacement machine[...]
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

THE VERY BEST. THE COFFEE SELECTIONS AND EASE OF BREWING STARTS THE DAY OFF GREAT. VERY EASY TO USE AND A CINCH TO CLEAN. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. MY ENTIRE FAMILY USES IT AND EVERYONE LOVES IT. THIS EDITION HAS TO BE THE BEST COFFEE BREWER WE HAVE EVER HAD. MAKES A GREAT GIFT FOR SPECIAL PEOPLE OR JUST AS A PRIVATE PURCHASE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. YOU WON'T BE SORRY!!! I CAN FIND NOTHING THAT IS WRONG, THE DESIGN IS FANTASTIC AND DRESSES UP THE COUNTER-TOP.

SIMPLY THE BEST

My wife and I recently purchased a Special Edition Keurig Brewing system (Model B60)after being introduced to one at my Brother's home over the past Thankgiving Holiday (2009). My wife and I are avid coffee drinkers and we enjoyed coffee made fresh, cup by cup every day during our stay. We were impressed by the practicality of the system which permitted freshly brewed hot drinks, of differing varieties, catering to the varried tastes of multiple hot beverage drinkers in the same household. We all were able to make and enjoy our favorite hot beverages,on demand, in a timely manner, with no waste as each person made their own variety of their favorite hot beverage. We purchased our own system as soon as we returned home. We had one minor problem, brewer related, in the 7 months since we have owned our Keurig Brewer and that problem was solved immediately by Keurig's exemplary and professional Customer Service staff. I would reccomend the Keurig Brewing system in General and the B-60 SPecial addition Brewer, specifically, to all of my friends and family. My Wife and I use ours extensively every day.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Stylish, Easy to use

I love our machine. My only issue is that it is very loud. Sounds like it's going to lift off sometimes. :)lol No big. I keep it clean, change the filter on a regular basis and keep it full of water. We have used it like a work horse for a couple of years and it still works great. Purchased it from a warehouse club. Don't know if that makes a difference. Sorry to read about the rest of your experiences.

Great Machine makes great coffee

I have only had product a few months, and it has worked great. Sometimes there is a hiccup,(ie gets out of cycle) and I have to start over but it has always come thro. I use and than turn it off. Make at least a couple of cups per day. I like 8 o'clock coffee best. See consumer reports. Makes the best coffee I have ever had. Also, it is nice to be able to try a variety of coffees.
Pros: Makes a delicious cup, Easy to use, Quickly
Cons: So far there are none

Cup sizes are not always the same

This machine is definitely a luxury because per cup, the coffee is more expensive. That is nice though since it was a gift! The cons are as I listed above. The machine does flake out on a cup here and there but gets back on track, it's a waste of a cup or two though... The amount of coffee that comes out per cup is unreliable and varies. Another pro is that my husband and I don't have to compromise on what coffee to brew, decaf or regular or half and half! Good for entertaining so people can try a new coffee, bad for entertaining if your long visiting guest drinks a ton of coffee and you're on a budget.
Pros: No more arguments, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Stylish, Luxurious, Easy to use
Cons: K cups produce more trash, K cups more expensive, K cups hard to organize, Unreliable cup sizes, Machine hiccups
