Bought this product for my husband and I, loved it at first however after just a couple months of casual use (1-2 cups/day) it began leaking water out the bottom of the unit, not giving us a full cup of coffee, and now today the final straw.... it will not turn on at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this somewhat pricey piece of equipment.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Problematic Brewer

This review is for the B60 Special Edition. The worst brewer ever owned. Was given to me as a Christmas present and have gone thru so many problems and have been tolerant to such degree (above and beyond) to have this work. This model has been replaced twice and now the 3rd one started acting up. The problems have been different among the brewers. From water not heating up, water not going thru the K-Cup, getting erroneous suggestions to PRIME or DE-SCALE the brewer. Have spent too much time on this and it is going to the trash. Although the company may be willing to provide another replacement I am just tired of unpacking & setting up the new one, packing and shipping the old one. I believe this brewer is prone to have problems because of basic design flaws - too many things can go wrong (needles get dirty and get plugged, filter on bottom of water container is not removable and can not be cleaned effectively, there is always water remaining in the container and can get stale, unless you run 2-3 cups daily, brewed volume is never the same, etc., etc,). Factor in the high cost of this worthless machine together with the pricey K-cups and you are wasting money for a mediocre quality of coffee, and all these if the brewer functions. All in all, I would not even spend $10 for this junk! NOTE: I live in a suburban setting (city water) that has good water. The water used for the brewer is also filtered water.
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Subpar funtionality, Nort working, Brewed volume varies, Pricey / Poor Value, Subpar Design, High Maintainance

I am the only coffee drinker in the house. This is great! The timer is great to wake up to! I can make one cup at a time & it's perfect! I enjoy the variety of K-cup flavors to choose from. And when family/friends come over, they can choose too. I am so glad I purchased this!!

Makes fast great tasting coffee so fast. I have bought a second for a friend and will be getting a third for my office. A definite must for true coffee drinkers!

Keurig Is Amazing For Service!

I use my brewer a lot. We are two avid coffee drinkers in the house so it gets a workout. I'm writing this to say that customer service with this company really rocks! My first service several years ago was warranty service and they just replaced it no questions asked. My service call today was for a brewer out of warranty and although they could not fix it free, they offered me a replacement brewer at a very attractive price. This company backs up their product 100% and that is amazing.

My Favorite Toy in the kitchen

I love this machine it's wonderful and easy to use and it looks Gorgeous on my countertop and my son that's 16 cant get enough of it he loves the Vanilla coffee cups. I love the iced tea cups and my husband loves all the different varieties to chose from every morning before work.

Stopped working a year later

After a year the product stopped working. It began giving less coffee then the amount pressed. If you search the web you will discover many, many people with this problem. The reccomended solution of turning machine upside down and slapping it (!!!) did not solve the problem for me. Descaling also did not solve. Expensive price for such poor workmanship. A shame because I ilike the product otherwise.

Cons: Not durable, Limited Cup Sizes, Stopped working
