Love it!!!

I have had my brewer since Christmas 2009. Have had absolutely no problems. I was buying $5.00 lattes so it is saving me tons of money. I would recommend this brewer to anyone interested.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Durable, Multiple Settings

Love the Coffee Some issues!

This is our second brewer and it too has issues. I love the coffee, but the brewer has to be primed all the time (like every other cup). The first brewer had that issue and then just started short brewing. Keurig was very good about working with us to correct the problem and sent us a new brewer. This one did well for about a month and started to need to be primed every other cup again. Except for the above issues I love this coffee maker and would hate to have to go back to a traditional brewer!
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Noisy, Needs to be Primed a lot
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First unit failed in 30 days

My first exposure to the Keurig was very favourable. I finally purchased the special edition unit and was initially satisfied. Some negatives, I think the temp could be a little hotter but not a big deal. The cup sizes need to be readjusted. The 3 sizes are too close. My biggest issue is the machine died in 30days. It would not dispense water. I have softwater and pre filter in the house so not from water hardness. For a what I paid, I expected a better machine.
Pros: Stylish, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Could be hotter, Limited Cup Sizes, Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been through 4 of the Model B60 brewers and they all get the same prime fault code. Kuerig is quick to send out a replacement but the same issues happen after about a month of light use.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Manufactured in China, Not durable, Noisy, Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mine lasted 8 years. Used with very hard water which is a killer of coffee makers. I first used a Keurig in France and got the first decent cup of coffee on my trip!

Don't waste your money

Got the coffee maker as a gift and the thing from the start didn't make full cups like it said. The K-cups are to expensive. used my own coffee with the reusable filter and that leeked all over and not in the cup. Now the not ready light is on and wont go off and the coffee maker wont work.
Pros: It's ok when it works, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Always adding water, Pricey / Poor Value, NOT READY LIGHT, Does not work properly, Does not brew full cups, Fragile, Its a piece of trash
