Stopped working

We've had our Keurig for a couple of months now. Worked great when we first used it. Now, it will say it's ready to brew and nothing happens. It will not draw water from the side pump. Plus, it shuts it's self off after a minute or two of warming up. Don't waste your money. Wish, I never spent the money. Now, we have all of these k-cups and no machine to use them in. Seems other customers are having the same problem. Keurig should issue a recall on the special edition Keurig. Of course, we can't return it because the date has expired. How convient for Keurig. They still get the money and we get the junk.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Stylish

Problems with B66

I had issues similar to other customers where i would select the largest size of coffee, but the machine would take a while to heat up the water and once dispensed, would only produce 1/3 of how much coffee should be dispensed. If i then put another K cup in, and selected the Largest dispense size, it would brew properly. So i had to start running empty cycles through before my coffee cycle. Annoying! I bought my B66 model from a major retailer in Canada, and have gone through 2 machines to date. Today, i contacted customer service at Keurig and they were amazing! They acknowledged that there were concerns with a select number of machines and said they would send me a new machine! I'm really impressed they are standing behind their product. Especially considering the cost of the unit. Other then the issue with the first few machines I have had, when the machine brews as it should, the coffee is amazing! It is great for people like myself who are always busy and on the go. I've got my fingers crossed that i get a new machine with no problems!

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

After looking at these brewers in the store for months, I finally bought one. I, as well as my family absolutely love it. It's easy to use, no waste, hot cup of coffe within a few minutes and great variety with the K-cups. I have not had any problems as reported and would definately get another one.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Stylish, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

My mom received one of these machines a few years ago as a Christmas gift, and I loved it so much that I went out and purchased my own! I am surprised by some of the reviews on here. My machine is almost two years old and it works perfectly! I use it multiple times a day and I have never had an issue. In fact, it gets the most use out of any of my appliances! It makes perfect coffee, tea, and cocoa. IF (God forbid) my machine ever breaks down, I will not hesitate to run out and purchase another one. Thank you Keurig!

Don't buy it

I bought this brewer after returning 2 platinum brewers which gave me problems after having them for less than a month. I figured I would downsize and maybe have better luck, no, this model is just as bad. I should have kept my Breville it may have been loud ( did not have quiet brew technology) but, it worked well. This quiet brew technology has not been tested. It couldn't have been through very rigorous tests. It causes problems. Machine shuts down for no reason or gets stuck in not ready mode. Do not buy a platinum or special edition brewer. Go online and search there are numerous complaints on these brewers

Great for the coffee lover

I absolutely love my Keurig and love having fresh brewed coffee quickly. The reason I don't give it a 5 star is that I've already returned my first brewer to [...]after 2 months because it started shutting off by itself. Upon turning it back on it would take a long time to be "ready" and then it would shut off again, one time during brewing. I exchanged it for the exact model and now after 2 months it has started the same thing. [...] I am considering upgrading to another model to see how it goes because I really love this brewer.

GREAT brewer, but...

I received my brewer this past Christmas as a gift. About mid January, the brewer started turning off automatically and the cup sizes were becoming very inconsistent. I called Keurigs customer support number and advised them of the issues that I was having. They listened, quickly handled the issue and were VERY nice throughout the whole phone conversation. This to me is a sign of a very professional company. They are replacing my brewer, which should arrive within a couple of weeks. I would still continue to HIGHLY recommend the Keurig Brewer to my friends!!

Special Edition on my doorstep

Special Edition was on my doorstep after much waited anticipation. This is the best. Being the only coffee drinker in my home the coffee is always fresh and tastes like I just walked away from my local coffee house. Love the difference size brews but use the largest most often. Tried tea this weekend and it is very strong even with the larger cup size. Anyone who truly loves coffee will love this machine. Very quiet.
