Love it..... BUT!!

I like the features. On at the right time, off at the right time and ready to go, can even choose your temperature!! I bought this machine on March 28th 2012 and was SO excited to get it home. Plugged it in, followed the startup process, put in K-Cup and....... UGH! Would not fill a cup!! Called CS and the lady was wonderful, went through all the obligatory tests and she said a new one was on it's way and NOT to take it back to the store. OK. But now my extended warranty purchased at the same time will be VOID because of the different serial number. It was recommended for the a 12oz to-go cup we should brew the 6oz size twice, that works, it fills my daughters to-go cup and she loves the different coffees. I bought it for the three cup sizes thinking it would fill my 16oz, but no. Two of the 8oz still doesn't cut it. CS said they would send me an email immediately, never got it, said they would email me return instructions, never got that either! Just about to make another call. The cup sizes and loss of extended warranty and no email are my only bug bear. PLEASE sort out realistic cup sizes. I would only recommend this model with a cup size caution! It doesn't even FILL the stated 10oz!!! Disappointed. But my own fault for not reading the reviews here. I got it because I liked it at the bank we use. My friend also got one but a different model (she only drinks small cups, so not a problem) and she didn't have a problem with the machine. I don't find mine to be noisy.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish, Hot drinks, Fast
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, HARD TO CLEAN

this thing was not like one of my kids. you could make it work all day and every day. and only it would whinn every time it made a cup. the new one dose not whinn. hope it last as long as the last one

Very happy with unit

This is the second Keurig unit we purchased. The first one did not impress me, as it would only make an expresso size cup of coffee, so my wife agreed to take it to work with her where she uses it every day. This new unit makes a FULL cup of coffee, and I will use it on a daily basis. Very easy to use, looks nice. Great unit!

It's good but

I am not a big coffee drinker but when I do the kcups are great. There are many options available, little mess, and its very quick epecially when running late! Unfortunately travel size kcups are none existent anymore so making the largest size of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc tastes watered down.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Great While It Lasted :-(

I received my Keurig as a Christmas gift from my husband. For the first 1 year and 4 months, it worked great and it was awesome to have the variety. During my 16th month of ownership, I attempted to start my Keurig - no power. I tried it in various power outlets; however, it never worked. I was very disappointed, to say the least. Keurig would not replace it since the one year warranty period had passed. They gave me the option to purchase a new platium machine at an extremely reduced rate. Customer service was awesome. I am waiting for my new machine to arrive. I loved my Keurig while it worked. I will enjoy the added cup sizes and hope it will last longer.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Not durable, Limited Cup Sizes

I would buy this product again

My brewer is about 4 years old and has started not to fill up the cup size I select. Same problem as my son has. I clean it out and replace filter and it will still do this occasionly.
Pros: Stylish, Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Not filling to cup size, Noisy

Disappointed in cup size, misleading pic

I wouldn't have wasted my money on this if I knew how little it actually brewed even on the largest (mug) selection. 6 oz is 1/2 cup of coffee, 10 oz is 1/2 of a mug. As I said, this was such a waste of money.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
