I use this system daily and absolutely love it! This system is quieter than others, and has lots of size options for different size cups including an Iced coffee setting. No more messy cleanups, no more waiting. I can literally turn the system on and enjoy my coffee within 2 minutes.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

I am so pleased with my Keurig Special Edition. I have recommended it to everyone I know that loves coffee as much as I do. As it turns out, I love brewing Tea just as much as coffee. My children love making Hot Cocoa all by themselves, and they make NO mess! I love this machine. Best present ever!

Bought it for my fiance, she loves her coffee before work, but ended up liking it myself. Ive never been a huge fan of coffee until I bought the Keurig, with so many different kinds and tastes I have at least one cup a day.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Durable, Multiple Settings, Stylish

This Keurig Coffee System may be the best product ever invented. From the moment I had my first cup at my Dad's house two years ago, I've never looked back. Having said that, my brewer has experienced the uneven water dispensing problem that others here have mentioned. Because it reminded me of my computer, I pulled the power cord out of the wall, filled the water container to the top, plugged it back in and it was fine. This has probably happened about 6 times in the last two years. Just turning the power button on and off was not enough to reboot it back to normal. When my mother first got her brewer (a different model), it would turn off by itself. While I don't remember setting the automatic turnoff to one hour, that was indeed the problem. Once the auto turnoff was deactivated, the problem was gone. Thank you, Keurig!

Bought an Ultra B66 Keurig Coffee Maker February 28, 2009. Have had no problems at all until a small crack appeared right behind the handle where you put the K-cups into the machine about 2 weeks ago. [...]

had serious doubts about this when my mom bought this over for a gift. always tried these fancy machines before and had limited success with them. usually my problem with other machines was the end result, quality of the coffee but this coffee is great. i gotta say i dont think this machine is loud at all. i have a two bedroom apartment and really cant hear this in any room but the kitchen. love this little contraption.

Will not prime, pumps water into res

I was given this machine as a gift in Nov 09. Today is Feb 13 2010 and the unit no longer makes coffee:( The unit has trouble priming itself, however when it does, while brewing, dumps most of the water back into the reservoir through the little return spigot under the tank lid and wont make a full cup. I tried not removing the tank at all and filling it on the machine pouring water in slowly so as not to create air bubbles at the pick-up point in the bottom of the tank and still, even after brewing a cup, it will loose its prime and not make another cup. There is valve in the unit that seems to switch from filling the tank to directing the water to the K cup. I think the problem is with the valve. I will never know the answer because I will not be wasting hard earned middle class money on another sub par product like this one. Keurig, please get it fixed! or get out the business! Consumers have been taking too many hits for big company screw ups!
